Ordered some Code foil gear which arrived with a bit of damage. Mark & Rhiannon were really great in organising some demo equipment and replacements. Always friendly & cheerful on the phone. Would highly recommend buying thru these guys.

I've been bothering this shop for months with a lay-by because they had the only hovercraft 2.0 144cm in the area. Went in on xmas eve to finally get it and Tai helped my girlfriend with her bootfitting.
Great service and the range is really good as well. Walked out, ready for Niseko.

These guys know their stuff. I went in to get some new ski boots after putting up with pain for years. Joey took the time to fit me out in the perfect boots for my feet and my budget. He asked all the right questions and showed a lot of patience, setting me up as a member to get the best deal.
From day one skiing in my new boots fitted like a glove and added to the enjoyment of my trip to Charlotte Pass immensely. Wish I’d gone in sooner.

I dropped in on the way home to get some new mittens and warm socks for a future trip to Japan, customer service again was excellent. My new fave store in Jindy, the in store cafe is delicious too.

Everytime I have come into the Erina Store I have been greeted warmly by everyone in store.

I previously had a pair of boots sold to me which did not fit quite well - I was told by the other store that I needed to wear them in and they would pack down. Before ESS even sold me another pair of boots they advised me to bring in my boots so they could have a look at them. They also mentioned that if they sold me a pair of boots that didn't work for me I could return them and get refitted for another boot.

Upon my initial appointment Mark and the team measured up my feet and informed me of my size, however they went one step further and measured my instep. They quickly realised while the length of my foot had me at a US 7, my instep made me a US 7.5 and a wide boot. He noted that the other boots that were sold to me were a standard width and that in no way were they going to pack down enough to fit comfortably.

Mark and the team also advised that I would need to wear the boots a couple of times a week & come back to get them heat molded before I took them to the snow. After a couple of weeks I went back got them heat molded and took them to Perisher for 4 days. The boots really made a difference as we spent 7-8 hours a day on the slopes and not once did I feel as if my feet were aching and I had to stop to remove my boots.

Recently returned from Japan with whiteroom tours and ESS Board store with Rod Hindson as guide. We had an amazing time, amazing snow and met some amazing like minded humans!

Friendly service and a good variety of ski gear and wear, even after peak season. Like that they have a store in Perisher, so you can try on and pre-book hire ahead of travel.

The best snow sports shop in Jindabyne. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable with that relaxed mountain approach. Great boot fitting and coffee as well as good selection of top brand stock m, at competitive prices. Keep it up legends. ️

Had such a great experience at ESS Jindabyne. Had my snowboard boots professionally fitted by Mark and I'm stoked. I don't think I've ever had boots fit this well and his attention to detail and his knowledge is amazing. He just looked at my feet and knew which boots would work straight away. Funny thing was I had tried lots of boots of many brands and they just didn't fit my foot properly. He knew this before I even put my foot in any boot or I told him anything. My wife who used to be a boot fitter also even bought a new pair of ski boots because of their professionalism and knowledge. Cheers guys Awesomeness

If you are ever thinking of buying a new set of boots, do yourself a favour go to ESS and see Mark. Book an appointment and they will measure you up and make sure you walk away with the best fit for your foot. I only wish I knew about ESS sooner would’ve saved me years of pins and needles and foot pain. Went out on brand new boots from ESS and rode for the entire day and ended up with my feet loving me for it. No pain or heel lift or any of the usual gremlins. Thanks Mark and ESS!
