I bought my first ever Porsche Macan Turbo this year and was shattered when someone had smashed into the rear of my car damaging the spoiler, tailgate and bumper and leaving no details. ESR Autobody were one of three recommended Porsche Certified Collison Centres in Sydney and I’m so happy I went with these guys. They didn’t disappoint. From dealing with the insurance company assessor to providing constant and honest updates and of course delivering the best workmanship. I couldn’t have been happier when picking up the car from the ESR team. James, Robin, Sharon and the whole ESR Autobody team were the best, and it’s great to know you can get 5-star service like this. I’ll recommend you to anyone.

Had 2 of my cars repaired with ESR, their operation is sleek and professional, amazing workshop and excellent workmanship

You would expect perfection from such a high end smash repair shop, instead I got pretty average results: There's paint run at the edge of the wheelarch where the bumper was resprayed and a faint crease along the repaired fender where there shouldn't be. It's okay from a distance but not perfect. YMMV.

Literally Perfection. Takes longer, well worth the wait.

I have now had 3 repairs done via ESR prestige. As you walk in you will see Lamborghinis, Porsches, Ferraris, etc.and you can quickly see why. Each repair they have done has been thoroughly inspected, and you literally cannot tell the car has ever had a scratch on it, let alone an accident. The car looks brand new. In all honesty, they do take their time. I once had a car there for over a month, but they did give me a BMW loan car, and when I got the car back it looked amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff are friendly and informative, always greeted wit a handshake and a first name, phone manner is impeccable. Safe to say that I am a big fan. Thanks for bringing old world service back, and thanks for your amazing work.
