Espresso Lane Tahmoor reviews
16 The best coffee in Tahmoor!
Delicious food and a good place to meet up with friends.
Very child friendly.
Very rude staff. I will not be returning to this cafe ever and I will be letting everyone know of my experience I had at this cafe.
Great pot of tea and friend loved her cappuccino. Great service and lots of choice. Great prices.
Every time I stay in tahmoor I frequent them and they remember me and my quirkiness my 3 napkin ritual
I just had lunch at the Espresso Lane. The coffee was well made and much nicer than quite a few I've had in Sydney. It was a large and boy was it large! However, unlike a lot of extra large coffees, they didn't skimp on the shots so it wasn't too milky. I also had a toasted Turkish sandwich, this was delicious. Service was quick and polite, who could ask for more? Recommended, and I will be back next time I'm in Tahmoor.
Shocking service, was made to feel like ordering coffee was ruining the girls day. No smile and generally made to feel unwelcome. Thought I would try these guys again after my last bad experience months ago but it’s only gotten worse
I came with a smile on my face for the first time but super rude lady she was around 45-50 maybe owner but needs to learn customer service
I never put bad reviews as i feel bad but she was just rude!
Lovely cafe and food, best coffee in the area. Served by a lovely girl. Always a pleasant experience here.
On Tuesday morning my husband and I went for a coffee with our granddaughter, when I asked one of the girls if they had a high chair I was told yes it’s over there and the pointed to it, when I went over to get it myself the high chair was filthy I then went back to the counter and said to the same staff member that the high chair really needed to be cleaned, I must say I was rather shocked to be handed a bottle of windex
and some paper towel to clean the chair myself, if these workers were busy I wouldn’t have minded they were both however very busy with their own conversation, I’m sure that in these times that the cleanliness of any business is of the greatest priority and should not be done by anyone but a staff member who follows the correct protocol. I will not ever return there again and I have and will tell people about the level of absolute rudeness and discourtesy in which we were treated. Perhaps these girls make great coffee, however they need to work on their customer service skills and general good manners or even a smile.
Excellent coffee every time I visited this place, likely more than 30 visits. Was treated very politely and treated very courteously on all my visits. Can’t ask for more. Keep up the excellent work.
Great coffee and the best pies we've had in a long time. Cinnamon scroll sooo good, must try again! Friendly service and good recommendations
We had lovely afternoon tea in this beautiful cafe. Nice comfortable seating out side.
I have a great array of yummy cakes and pastries and the coffee and hot chocolate were very nice.
Not much for the Gluten Free person but there's not much else around! Well worth a visit!
I’m a very fussy coffee person but thought I would give them a try and love it coffee order right and staff lovely
Very disappointed in the labelling of their food products. We asked for the Apple & walnut bread which we were served. One bite and we discovered it was banana bread. The lady behind the counter then wanted to argue with us in that it was labelled banana bread and said we didn't read the label properly. It was not and my wife is allergic to Banana. The exact wording on the label is gluten free apple and walnut bread made locally. The way it was handled by the staff was very poor. We tried to tell her that the label was poorly described. Her ignorance could have resulted in an anaphylaxis reaction. Overall her attitude stunk.
It's ok.coffee is good, but some of the girls still have trouble understanding extra hot.
Great place for a first class coffee and a tasty snack. With old style service I stop at Espresso Lane every time I pass through Tahmoor. I highly recommend it.
