I had delivery issues due to could not deliver to Post Office. Received email from company asking for street address which I provided. However meantime the goods were shipped to my post office box but not via Australia Post. Admin at ESafety were extremely helpful and prompt at assisting with tracking my goods and taking the trouble to follow up with me daily until goods were located. It was great to have personalised friendly service.

We ordered some braille signs for a certifiers sign off, which was extremely urgent. They didn't turn up for a week, even when marked urgent when ordered. The team at E-Safety were helpful with their follow up once we had raised the issue and offered a refund. If you require something urgent you will need to call them to let them know, rather than an online order marked as urgent.

I highly recommend eSafety. From beginning to end Evan was professional, consistent and committed to providing the best service possible. Great company, will definitely be using them in the future
