Erlestoke Park reviews
29Great open space. Great for family birthday parties, especially the little ones. Good quality outdoor basketball court and grass area. Play area are semi shaded which is a plus
The park is pretty calming and it’s well maintained by the local community/council. Recommend to visit for locals and people surrounding the area
Playground upgraded recently with cover but also with unnecessary features like sandstone decoration which is inappropriate to small kids
Beautiful park with benches to have a picnic, a cooktop, great bathroom facilities, clean and neat as well as great children's activities. Could do with better parking however.
Good place. Can
1. Bike ride here
2. Walk here
3. Use the playground
4. Sit on picnic tables
5. Walk dog here
6. Play basketball here
7. Go on the flying fox here
Quite a few steep hills surrounding the park but flat when you get there. Playground with walking ring around the outside. Basketball courts can be a little busy at times. Generally a lovely park for a walk but not much shade.
Nice hidden little park, good facilities, courts are in OK condition, play equipment is dated but still nice. Overall nice area with plenty of grass and a toilet onsite.
It is a nice small park with cycling lane for kids and walking trek, a basketball court and with shades and barbecue. It's tends to be crowded though
One of the best parks in Castle Hill with a very good basketball court with a smooth floor apart from the double rims. One of the rims were donated a chain net from the basketball community which was nice to see. The grass and playground are very nice. There is a long path surrounding the park for walks and there are many benches to sit at and relax. There are multiple entrances to the park which is also convenient.
Hidden gem in the hills that offers lots of fun. Foot path for scooter & bicycles, playing equipment, toilet and basket ball court.
A great place to hang around with friends and family. You can play basketball but it may get a bit crowded during the evening.
Great place for kids, bbq area (but have not put $1 to use) but don't go after rainm.very muddy
Nice quiet park, no fences but bike track, tennis / basketball court, bbq and toilet.
The toliet building has no visible signage
Excellent park for kids.basketball court, walking track, cycling track, Amenities, covered barbecue area.total recipe for fun in summers.
This Park is nice and clean. It has a public toilet and enough space to sit down. There is a Basketball field and a learn to Ride Track in 2 different length to use with scooters and bikes. I also saw a barbecue (don't know if it works or how to use).
The playground Equipment is used but in a good condition. There are no closed fences like on other playgrounds. The flying fox is not really flying, because it has no real down grade. I haven't seen a bubbler.
I can recommend this playground.
Great local park! Grew up in the area with countless memories of riding my bike and playing basketball here. Picnics too! Definitely a good place to bring your kids!
Erlestoke Park was so much fun! I love the cycling track which has its variations. Even the basketball courts are nice! There is a nice children’s playground. There are only two problems with this park.
1. The field is bumpy so it is hard to play different sports like Cricket or Soccer.
2. There are no lights to play at night or after sunset
Good though!
Good family-friendly park with all facility. Including a basketball cour, children playground, and bbq facilities
The kids love this park. Plenty of equipment to play on, but lots of space to run and ride bikes/scooters too. Always a winner.
Nice park with a lot of space. Attracts a lot of young kids for the playground and older kids on the basketball courts. Good variety of playing equipment such as a flying fox. Maybe cleaning up the flying fox area after a storm is a decent idea as the bark chips make a mess and go muddy. A good barbecue is provided for small events. Parking could be better but there is enough for what is actually needed considering people walk to the park rather than drive.
