Erko Physio

I have been attending Erko Physio for several years on a fortnightly basis for a chronic back injury firstly seeing Pip until she went on maternity leave who I loved and was devastated. However I now see Lydia who has come to know me very well, providing exceptional treatment for the issues that fortnight. Her knowledge and care for me is 5*, I feel wonderful after each session. A friend of mine insisted I go see Mitch due to my chronic hip pain, and I can definitely see why!

I've been seeing Mitch for a number of months now as I was experiencing uncomfortable hip pain for two years, as well as issues in other areas. I had spent a fortune going to numerous other physios and health professionals and had seen zero results, until I came here. I had very quickly seen improvements with my hip (which was giving me so much grief) as well as my right foot, which had improved in just a few sessions. It's been a massive relief for me, especially after months of not seeing any changes previously.

Additionally, everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, particularly Jackie who I see quite a bit.

Cannot recommend them enough! Lydia took the time to listen and assess my concerns before designing a treatment plan tailoring to my individual needs. Thanks to her care I have seen a significant improvement in my mobility and overall wellbeing. I am sure all therapist there at the Erko Physio will provide the same level of care.

Really good experience with physio Jeremy. Explained things diligently and went above and beyond to help and really understand to produce good results.

Front office staff also friendly, quite a large studio inside despite looking small from outside. Solid air con and good facilities.

I have been seeing Dani for a year and the difference she has made is incredible. She listens to her patients and tailors the treatment to meet their needs whilst ensuring that process and recovery are met.
Dani is extremely knowledgable and experienced in her field, she explores all options when creating your plan and is agile to pivot when needed.
The team here are amazing, always happy to help and support wherever they can. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been going to Erko Physio for years but lately with a back issue. Their team are all very experienced. Don't bother with any of the others in the area. You'll be dissapointed

Really appreciated the clear communication and excellent care for my soccer injury. Thank you Will - great job. Reception staff are fab too. It's a bit hard to see how to open the outside door the first time, but just reach your hand in and turn the handle.

I have used this physio group for the last couple of years. I can’t recommend Rob enough he is amazing at what he does, always a pleasant clean environment also.

Erko physio is a wonderful clinic - the team really care and do their best to accommodate you. Will saw me for knee pain and after his treatment it resolved. He is a skilled, friendly and professional physio. Would definitely recommend.

Rob provided me with excellent rehab and a very effective plan for at home exercises for my achilles issue and I got back to playing football with no pain within 3 months! Very happy with the treatment and I would highly recommend Rob and Erko Physio!

Honest and friendly! I've seen Danielle Baret a few times now and have already seen great progress on an old ankle injury and recurrent hip pain. I like that she has a clear plan to get me back to 100%. Would highly recommend.

Such a fantastic practice! Danielle has helped me heal a number of injuries and is always thorough, patient and encouraging. Such an easy online booking and cancellation system and they are really accommodating about rescheduling.

Robert is great. Tore my Achilles 8 weeks ago and saw him the morning after. He got me straight into the boot and with his help I am already boot free and back to walking normally. Highly recommend this physio clinic.

Fantastic treatment overall. It is a warm and welcoming space. From the moment you walk through the door you are taken care of - an overall holistic experience. Special shout out to Will, who is incredible. It really feels like you are being treated as a person, not an injury.

Will has made a huge difference to my quality of life after years of ongoing neck and shoulder pain due to long stressfull hours in an office job. I've had days where the neck pain was constant, I couldn't get comfortable, and it was difficult to sleep. Will has been amazing, focusing on pain points, giving me exercises to fix the problem, and generally being a good guy who is enjoyable to visit and talk to while addressing these longstanding issues. 10/10, highly recommend. Brett has straightened out my back and kept it feeling good with a small amount of maintenance. He is great at working out what's wrong and fixing it. And he is just a lovely human to spend some time with, so the visits are a joy.

Brett is an amazing physiotherapist who has kept my neck pain and headaches in check now for a number of years. The welcome is always warm and the care of a high standard that I highly recommend.

My physiotherapist is really supportive and friendly, and I always feel I'm benefiting from the sessions and follow up exercises.
