The wood they is not properly cured. It's shiny rather than matte, and in some places sticky with sap, it whistles hisses and bubbles and squeaks on the fire, as residual sap escapes. It doesn't burn as hot as it should and it requires constant effort to keep it burning.
I have been using Erin’s outdoor power centre for 5 years since buying a chainsaw.
Have found then always professional customer service second to none.
When my original chainsaw was beyond economical repair they rewarded me with a upgraded chainsaw at very competitive price due to my loyalty.
Friendly, attentive staff, great location & well set out showroom with a good variety of Quality tools & stock. Also impressed with the great range of BBQ products & smokers. Great work from Shannon, Erin & the team. ️
Won’t be using Erin’s ever again. They had three goes to fix my generator, when I pick it up it was finally working but they had lost six bolts that hold on the covers and replaced four with old stripped Phillips head and left one cover with no bolts at all. Tried ringing to complain all day, no one answered the phone so I gave up and decided to write a review. This is no way to run a business. I won’t be recommending them to anyone!
Excellent customer service here, cant say this as a criticism but i spent twice as much as I originally intended when I first walked into the place, more of a compliment to the sales team there, who just quietly filled me in on the merits of what of was looking at without trying to push one particular thing over another.sooo many toys!
