Just over a month ago I popped into Ergonomic Solutions looking for a better setup for the home office. Chetan walked me through all the options and functionality for a standing desk and chair. I found his knowledge and experience very informative. Customer service is very good and the delivery and installation quick and timely.
We had an issue on delivery of the chair, discovered by Chetan on assembly, and fixed in a matter of days.

Very happy with the product and the level of service of this place. I needed a proper office chair for my home office as I was slouching and moving around a lot in my current one! This is a great place if you are searching for ergonomic furniture such as desks/chairs etc. I was assisted by Chetan who has previously been an OT. His advice was sound and reasonable. I was guided towards the HAG and RH Logic chairs and they are very adjustable, comfortable and supportive. Highly recommended.

Outstanding service and products. We were after 10 chairs and a number of desks to upgrade our office. One of the team came out to patiently demo the chairs we were interested in. The chairs and desks selected were then delivered on time. The delivery team were awesome people and it was a really pleasant experience. Would happily endorse / recommend.

We walked into Ergonomic solutions and we were assisted by Chetan. He showed us 3 different chairs and pointed us how we should be seated for comfort and proper posture. We enquired on another chair and Chetan explained the item well and told us of the different options. Chetan gave us professional advice and does force you to buy a product you do not want.

To be honest, I went to other shops selling the same chair before we went back to Ergonomics solutions to purchase the chair. What made me go back to Chetan was because he did not do a hard sell and did his best to help us with our problem.backache from working from home. Great experience with Chetan at Ergonomic Solutions Australia. I was searching for a desk chair for my home office.
Chetan took the time to learn more about my needs, and walked me through options at various price points. He explained the features of each chair in a way that I could understand. The store also had a number of display models which I could actually try out, and I was able to leave the store with the chair I needed. Other chairs needed to be ordered in, but Chetan was upfront about ship times for this.
