First time going to the Salon and I found the place to be a very friendly, professional and lovely place. Beginning from the administration side of things, John was very lovely and helpful, squeezing me an appointment just before Christmas:) Jade you are very good at what you do and your advice when asked reflected the great skill you have. Thank you all for such a wonderful service. I'll be sure to be back!

Absolutely recommend! Equal image hair was the best hair experience i’ve had yet! The complementary drinks & little snacks, the staff look after you so well & make sure your comfortable, i rang equal image hair due a last minute cancellation, they were able to fit me in for a full 5-6 hour session for long hair balayage on the day & the way it turned out, i have never been so happy walking out of a hairdressers. I found the balayage queen. Jade & team are the best at what they do. Customer service was flawless, water latte, champagne, cheese board. They went above & beyond to make sure you are looked after. Jade is truely a hairgician. She was knowledgeable, highly skilled, made me feel at ease & comfortable. Jade delivered exactly what i requested for plus more. The blending with my natural hair was seamless, dimensional blonde was perfect & the best hair cut ever. I am so happy & love it. I receive compliments the minute i walked out. OMG! This is the BEST hair salon I have ever been to in my entire life! Shout out to Jade, Kyle, Bella and their lovely receptionist John, these guys saved my hair that was ruined by my old salon, now thanks to them I have brand new gorgeous hair and a new favourite salon! Staff is so kind and welcoming to be around I could sit there for hours with no problem, they even bring you snacks like cheese, pretzels and grapes as well as offering drinks like tea, coffee, water and even champagne if you want perfect hair THIS is the salon to go to! Love love love them (before and after)

I went to Equal Image salon on the weekend for the first time, wanting to find a hair salon that can professionally colour my asian hair and had a wonderful experience. My hair was already bleached (twice) and I wanted something quite different - both colour and cut. Service was professional, friendly and very accommodating from consultation through to execution. I initially had a few uncertainties about the service I was after including the colour and the style but was guided with recommendations and advice and I am super happy with the results. Thank you to the team. I highly recommend!

Equal image salon did the most amazing job ever. As they were blow-drying it I had the biggest smile on my face, and I felt like I was going to cry with so many happy tears. Jade did an amazing job and I'm definitely going back again, I would also like to extend my thanks to all the other workers who took care of me and helped make my hair dream come true.
