Good services and prices, bear in mind they only sell to tradies and business with appropriate security license

Customer service is non existent what an absolute horrendous experience dealing with 3 stooges who had no idea what they were doing but were adamant in ripping me off. I called for a part to a intercom system to which I was quoted $15 and an additional $15 for postage & handling to which I decided to collect the item myself. I arrive to find that the item I was to purchase was scratched they said they had a new one and a scratched one that I could purchase only to discover that both were scratched then I am
offered the part for free as long as I paid $5 for the bottom piece then a smart us strolls in saying you can’t do tht she has to pay $15 soon as I dispute it and ask for the manager the alleged store manager then becomes the owner? He was nothing short of smug, he then says that he shouldnt even be selling it to me as they are wholesale? Long story short it’s obvious that they have no people skills or integrity and have no problem ripping you off if be wary in dealing with this company.

Really poor customer service called a number of times for technical support after installation was complete cant seem to get help or an answer wont be using there products again
