BIGGEST INK SCAM. Sales people were pushy and tricked my elderly mother into an ink deal which has cost over $3500.00 for a home office $50.printer. They said you can return the ink and swap it over if you change printers but they do not tell you that you only have 12 MONTHS to do so. I am now stuck with thousands of $ of ink as the printer has died and the staff member I just spoke to basically said not there problem as it's been over a year. Absolutely disgusted with this company wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

100% scammers. We have been scammed thousands of dollars on a contract for toners we thought existed from the previous business owners. The sales people call on a private number calling daily. Their staff are pushy, rude and have yelled at one of our staff members because of a disagreement which they were in the wrong. WARNING ️ STAY AWAY!

I have been extremely disappointed with this company. Their sales people were pushy and I made the mistake of a bulk purchase. Even though I was told they would exchange cartridges if I needed to, the rate of exchange was less than 2: 1 ie.the equivalent of paying $69/cartridge plus postage! I have been totally ripped off.

Do not recommend this company do noy explain themselves properly when they get you to oder their products. I was told i had a final order only to be told by them that no there was more that they only sent half the order. It has turned out to be vety expensive. I am a sole trader and told them that at tge beginning and do not use much ink. I now have ink that will probably go off.

DO NOT USE THIS CUSTOMER! I placed an order with them, they then said a email would be sent no email sent.however did receive a phone call.when products had arrived they sent the incorrect item, when asked to return the item they just abused me down the phone, when I asked them to stop I was abused even more.would not recommend anyone using this company.

Reliable and economic product and an amazing customer service! I have been using environsense product for the past year and I have always been really satistifed.

They promise they're selling you geniune products but send bad quality knock-offs that stuff your printer. Ours cost over $200 to fix. When you complain they make every excuse in the book. Forget about a refund. They'll abuse you instead. Just Google envirosense consumables and you'll find pages of complaints. Don't do business with these shonks.
