Troy was great to deal with in the sale of his sewerjett machine for my plumbing company. I found him better than his competitors in terms of communication and personality. I hope we can build a long term relationship with more of his machines in the future.

I recently purchased a truck from the team at Enviroline and I have to say, I was really impressed with their work. The team was super friendly and easy to work with, and they really took the time to understand my needs and goals. They provided great communication throughout the process and were always available to answer my questions. The final product turned out amazing and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

Very happy with my Hornet 37efi and after a small mechanical issue Troy and Albie were very quick to respond with the correct replacement part express posted within 24hrs.

By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I think if you’re out of state your off the radar.
I bought a Hornet Jetter off this company, the 5th and last machine I’ll ever purchase from them. It has been trouble from day 1.
Green main line hose burst 7 times in the first 6 months, I had to replace it, enviroline were not interested, main line spool fell to pieces, solenoid failed on remote start, pump gearbox seal failed immediately mixing water with the gearbox oil.
I’ve had numerous breakdowns and faults where I’ve received no technical support in mid job scenarios, having to nut it out myself through trial and error. Recently ordered a new low level water switch, tank filler float valve, received components for a different machine despite being very clear with the staff member which machine, model, part numbers I required. The bloke I dealt with was clearly in a hurry to do or be somewhere else when I phoned he couldn’t get me off the line quick enough. But that’s ok right? I’m just a small fry single operator that’s off the radar interstate, that’s pretty much the feeling I get from these guys.
They couldn’t do enough to sell me the machine, once done, nothing. Big thumbs down

We are extremely pleased with the attention and quality of customer care given by ALBIE BESTER. He is the go to man if you require any advise or prompted servicing relating to your equipment.

This is the second Jetter we have purchased from Sewerquip.
The quality of the equipment, installation standards of their technicians and the service provided is second to none.
We researched and viewed a number of other options to Sewerquip, there is no comparison.
If you a serious about Jetting, they are serious about setting you up.

We spent months researching which jetter would best suit our business needs. Troy was very helpful in the process, answering all our questions promptly and when we decided to buy a Sewerquip jetter, they were very accomodating to meeting our specific needs.
The machine itself works perfectly, we haven't met a drain we couldn't unblock. Any small issues we did have, we were able to contact Troy easily to help us troubleshoot. The aftersale service has been absolutely outstanding. They definitely look after their customers, not just out to make a sale. Would recommend them to anyone!
