I was looking for my mazda rx8's insurance. I had tried several times doing it online, messed up a few things and got approved for a wrong cover. It was all my mistake until I called them. Dave was the person to respond. He helped me getting the right cover for all the modifications I had bought the car with. He only took several minutes to set it all up. And gave me an updated quote. Prices are pretty reasonable and yes they are strict on their policies. Nevertheless, a great reasonable insurance for car enthusiasts

Made a claim on my Clubsport…. Ended up dealing with asset insure…. Worst experience of my life…. Car been sitting out in heat wave and storms at tow co holding yard… sitting there for 9 business days and total of 17 days waiting for payment to release my car and take to panel shop…. Absolutely disgusted, disappointed, frustrated and very very angry …. No enraged sounds more like it…

If you have a modified car, don’t waste your time. Gave a detailed list of modifications and photos. Been a loyal NRMA member for over 30 years, multiple policies, minimal claims. Nice over the phone, then declined to give me insurance. So much for loyalty! Got a quote from another company and immediately my took my business. Time to move on.

From their first Quotation, to issuing the Policy, and then to me unfortunately having to make a Claim, and on to the subsequent Outcome.the Service, Speed and Communication from Enthusiast Motor Insurance have been truly exceptional.

Recently made a claim, although my parts took 4 months to arrive, Enthusiast keep contact to check in and provide updates. The claims process was seamless and very easy, our agent was friendly and well informed. My repairer also commented on the level of service saying it was one of the best experiences for them. Easy to deal with and I have found lower premiums and better agreed value and market value options. No language barrier when you call on the phone and don't have stupid menus to navigate through. Give them a call have a chat you may be very surprised.
