I find the owner Ben very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to both structural and stormwater engineering. They are very busy like all engineering firms but occasionally I have requested our plans to be pushed through earlier than expected and Ben is always accommodating.
The engineer came to my house couldn't see 5mm crack on the wall. I reckon he should go to Specsavers.

Rude, impatient and totally unhelpful. I Called very nicely to get some information from the owner but very rudely told me to send him an email instead because he's "under the pump and doesn't know the answer because I didn't design the job".
