I have been doing Yoga with Michelle for nearly 10 years now.
Michelle is the 'Nigela' of Yoga, it's her voice that stands out and puts you in the right place for the complete experience.
Michelle's classes are always unique to the yogis on the day, manipulating the class to suit.
Just last week I tried the yogalaties class and I loved it.
