Amazing customer service! I ordered a graduation bouquet for my sister and while unfortunately it wasn’t what I wanted initially and there was an oversight with the order they more than made up for it within only a couple of hours of me initially sending off an email about the situation! My sister will have a lovely preserved bouquet keepsake delivered this afternoon and I couldn’t be more grateful to Kim & Samara who made it happen so quickly - both so apologetic and helpful with the situation at hand and willing to go above and beyond to fix. I will definitely order from them again! I am sure these mistakes don’t happen very often with this company but if they do you will be in amazing hands and couldn’t recommend them more:) Thank you Kim & Samara I love it and know my sister will too. A wonderful afternoon with friends attending a wreath making sessions With Kim and Kelsey! These ladies are amazing and really know their stuff. The wreaths are beautiful and so much fun to make. Not only did they provide all the necessary equipment but they gave the us the knowledge and skills to make our own wreaths in the further.
