The Energy Shop Australia provided outstanding customer service from the moment I engaged them to replace my hot water tank with the Rinnai B26. Their service and quality of work were so impressive that I chose them again for my Daikin ducted air conditioner. Despite the shop's seemingly old-fashioned appearance, Anna, Debbie, onsite manager Sam and shop owner Richard demonstrated exceptional customer service, offering knowledgeable assistance and building a sense of trust throughout the entire process. They weren't just conducting business - it felt like they genuinely wanted to help with my old house situation.

In terms of both price and quality of work, the Energy Shop stood out. Their prices were not only competitive but also revealed the inflated costs of flashy competitors. Installers Ian, Sunny, and Nicole did an excellent job, ensuring precise and efficient installations for both the hot water heater and air conditioner. They went above and beyond by cleaning up thoroughly and maintaining a friendly and polite demeanor throughout the process. A big thank you to the entire team!

I could not speak higher of everyone involved in installation of a new hot water system. Every part of the process was incredibly efficient. I phoned first thing in the morning and had my new system installed by 2pm the same day. Both plumbers (Alex²) were lovely to deal with, as was Debbie at the store who provided the quote and set everything in motion. Thanks for sparing us any cold showers!

We have just had a Daikin air con unit installed. The customer service was relaxed but efficient. Quote was done easily and the team who installed (Sonny and Nicole) were great. No fuss, tidy, polite and they were very thorough with the job. I would recommend them to friends.

We've just had a Daikin inverter high efficiency reverse cycle heat pump ducted air conditioning system installed in a single level 4 bed house and really could not fault the crew at Energy Shop Australia. From quoting (Richard) through install (Sam, Sonny and Nicole) we found the knowledge, service and attention to detail was right on the mark. Highly recommend.

Rude, no customer service. Was not approached whilst browsing which is ok while you are looking but when I was looking around for help was avoided. Walked up and asked for the product I was interested in told bluntly we don’t have it. Sold out. Ok is it in stock at another store? Sigh and then hang in I will check. Didn’t make a call but answered the phone kept me waiting 10 minutes. Walked out went to another retailer. In stock and cheaper price. Don’t waste your time and shop around.

I have used this shop for 15 years.

I bought my first Webber there and our first gas heater 15 years ago. Our first experiences were great. Good advice, fair price and local.

I continued to used them after moving house and buying more than 4 further heaters and bbq accessories as our family grew and we changed homes.

My last two experiences have been terrible.

The lady was so rude on both occasions. The first time I gave her the benefit of doubt as we all have bad days and I bought a Webber kettle premium bbq anyway.

I went back a few weeks ago to get a 2nd Webber bbq (Gas this time) and she was so ignorant and arrogant that I walked out and drove all the way to Chatswood. In Chatswood, I was met by two friendly lady’s who created a fun happy vibe and were full of knowledge and positivity.

Unfortunately I will not be able to support this local business again.

Fantastic service, advice and best of all the cheapest price for our new Rinnai Avenger 25 gas heater.

Don't listen to the “big” retailers “special price”, the Energy Shop was $110 cheaper than the special big retailer price.

Extremely helpful service and when I realised that I'd bought a part I didn't need, the guys were totally accommodating and it was no problem to get a full refund. I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had a Daikin air conditioner installed by Energy Shop Australia. The installation was on the 3rd floor of a unit block, all equipment for the job needed to be carried up three flights of stairs, the service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.
Initially there were a team of 4 people, the engineer, the foreman and two installers. All discussed the logistics of the installation and how the system would be mounted/centred on the internal wall. They looked at all options and were very happy to meet all our requirements.
The two installers ‘Sunny and Nicole’ were extremely attentive to the detail required for the job, they were also very tidy cleaning up after the install and very careful with the furniture around the area of the install.
I would highly recommend this team.
