I called around at 9.40 in the morning to ask about tax return. John asked me to go to the office at 12. He totally forgot about it when i called after i got there, and asked me on phone what the price he offered me on phone earlier.why does it matter if u cant even remember the appointment.i read what john replied me in this comment.when u asked me to go at 12, i said very clearly that i will go at 12 and i even rescheduled my online classes right after.i didnt compare any prices before and tried to arrive 10mins earlier.only to find out u didnt lock down the appointment.waste of my time.

I engaged with EndureGo for multiple tax returns since I am not familiar with tax legislation and their website boasts of maximising tax returns. I met with John - the managing director.

This was by far the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with someone providing a professional service, and he is the managing director no less. John spent about 5 minutes speaking to me then disappeared for close to an hour only to return briefly to let me know he had completed my tax return and that someone else would print it out for me to sign. I do not know all the information required in order to lodge a tax return however I felt that John asked ME what I wanted to claim and made no attempt to ascertain the required information using his knowledge and skill of tax legislation.

John discovered I had older unlodged tax returns, one from 17 years ago. His advice has been useless and time consuming and in direct contradiction to the advice I received from the ATO when I personally called the helpline.

John completely missed deductions where documentation was provided to him, and was only included after I had to point it out to him.

When EndureGo eventually sent through my documents, I discovered multiple discrepancies on the tax return. When I called John about this, he dismissed each of my concerns with "humans make mistakes".

John refuses to acknowledge this long list of incompetancies downplaying them as human error, however these are simple and straightforward things that any competent tax agent should have no issues completing not to mention the volume of errors being made.

Don't waste your time and money with this company. You are better off filing yourself.

I stumbled upon endurego online. Initially I was nervous and hesitated to make my first appointment as I wasn't sure what I was going to expect from endurego. I have been to various accountants around sydney since I started work and havent had good experiences.

Having had many job changes and difficult finanical troubles this financial year I needed someone to help me do my tax return, and help me get max refund.

I was glad I did my tax return via John at endure go. He was not only professional and gave me max refund but he was also very empathetic.

I am so impressed that I am going back to him again for financial planning and for my next tax return.

These people are unprofessional. They don't know how to work on tax return. It's just waisting of my time. I don't care about money that I paid to uneducated people.
