Endurance Treadmills

Place the order on 11th of November night and wanted to get it by end of the month. Got an email from Jen telling there will be a 2 weeks delay eventhough it was shown as in stock. However, did not get the treadmill for 2 weeks and when chasing, gave another delivery date which is 15-20th of December or asked to refund. Not gonna work with a refund since it was too late and almost near Christmas. It's 20th of December today and no tracking number or anything from Endurance. Sent an email and no response. Very much disappointed about the delivery and no tracking number or anything. No customer support or anything on chasing the delivery.

Recently bought the endurance cardio treadmill. I had purchased the superstar but it wasn't available for a few weeks so got a free upgrade. Nice and compact but still a great size. So easy to set up and use, love it so far!

Originally purchased an Endurance Predator Treadmill on 15/09/2021, got a call saying there was none left and that i would be upgraded to the HPT Treadmill. Treadmill arrived with a damaged box and multiple scratches and imperfections on the frame. On the second day of ownership some of the buttons stopped working and treadmill would switch on and off by itself (i have a video but cannot attach). I called them and [Name Removed] the guy who answers all calls kept pushing to send a technician out even though i told him multiple times that i wanted my money back due to the treadmill being faulty I didn't feel confident in a product that malfunctions on second day of ownership. Took a bit of back and forth but he eventually agreed to take it back. I was forced to package the treadmill in a custom box as i had thrown out the box it came with. Didn't think they would make it such a big deal but it was. Eventually after multiple back and forth communications they picked up the treadmill. GLAD ITS GONE!

I bought an Endurance Treadmill with this company and the experience was fantastic. The quality of the product materials were high quality, including the design. It had the just right amount of shock absorbers to protect my knees and was a good length to cater for my large stride. They were helpful when I needed a specific type of invoice and always friendly. The product arrive within a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely shop here again.

It was a present for my elderly mum and she just loves it, fits perfectly without issue in her small unit, let's her exercise in a safe and cool environment.

Very happy with my treadmill, study and also light enough to move around and also store away when not in use. Great company to deal with.

I bought a treadmill last year, and it was working very well. About 2 weeks after the one year warranty period was up, it broke down. I felt disappointed that the company would not give me 2 weeks grace for the warranty period, and that I had to pay for the repairs myself.

Apart from that, the treadmill continues to work fine after the repairs were done.

Last year in 2020 I bought an Endurance SPT Treadmill and it has been a great purchase. Being busy with a young family, it's hard to find the time to consistently exercise during regular hours; since getting the treadmill I've been able to exercise whenever the chance permits, regardless of the time or the weather (or when there's a pesky pandemic!). It's helped greatly with achieving my fitness goals and weight loss!

In terms of the SPT model, it's quite an excellent quality treadmill for its low pricepoint. It's able to handle prolonged use at a higher speeds, and more importantly has quite good shock absorption to help protect these aging joints! The dimensions of the SPT model were definitely adequate smaller people like myself.

The ordering and delivery process went pretty smoothly, and it was possible to contact Endurance Treadmills easily for any queries that I had. I would certainly recommend this company and this treadmill to others.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly. Had one question to ask and I phoned Endurance at 8: 00pm at night and Dean answered the phone and helped me. I thought that was going above and beyond for service. I love my treadmill. So easy and simple to use and doesn't take up a lot of space. I would recommend Endurance Treadmills without hesitation.

Swift delivery, it was very easy to hold the treadmill together. Just a bit heavy to carry around despite the wheels.

I filled in the order form for an Olivia treadmill and was about to make payment when I checked the delivery information and found my treadmill would only be delivered to the ground floor. As a single older lady I wouldn’t be able to get the treadmill up to my first-floor apartment by myself, so I didn’t complete the order. Jen from Endurance contacted me the next day and I explained that I needed the treadmill delivered to my door, not to the ground floor. She replied that free delivery was to ground floor only. If I wanted it delivered to my door it would cost me $175 extra! She told me it was the law - couriers are only allowed to handle a certain weight limit. I pointed out Bunnings and Ikea had managed to deliver heavy items to my door and she became rude.
Why advertise a product as ideal for apartments and then refuse to deliver it to apartments? Or make it 3 kilos too heavy for standard couriers to handle? I was happy to pay a little extra to get it upstairs, but $175? To deliver a $420 treadmill?

I am very happy with the treadmill, just put it together which was very easy and I already had a session, of course not on my sandals, this was just for the photo.
Excellent service and regardless of the Covid-19, still a speedy delivery. Thank you very much, I will spread the word. Hope to use it for many years.

I've had my predator for over a year now use it every morning just had to adjust the belt but easy to do
also I'll have to order some oil next year

My experience with Endurance Treadmills was worry free! The treadmill I ordered was perfect for my requirements & being an elderly person was very easy to assemble.

I'm really happy with my endurance Spt treadmill. Have used it every day for 3 months now and really love it. Delivery and communication was fantastic given that I live in a rural area in the middle of nowhere they still managed to have it couriered it to me. I have just completed a 100km walk for the Black Dog Institute One Foot Forward cause using the treadmill so it has been a great asset. Love the different programs on it - so easy to use and a great sturdy machine. Thanks Endurance

We bought our Endurance treadmill at the start of the first lockdown in Melbourne, now we have opened up after 6 lockdowns.
We have loved using the treadmill during this time, and will continue to use it.
We love the fact you can fold it up, and push to side when not in use.
The only real negative, is the warning sound when switching it on and wish there was a way to turn it down.
Service has been great

My Endurance exercise bike is the second bike I have owned and the most recent one has been a dream to own. It is fair to say that I am not the handiest of people so putting the bike together was a worry to say the least. I shouldn't have worried at all, it was so easy to assemble that I was delighted. I now ride for an hour a day listening to my audio books. What a great way to exercise.
