endota spa The Rocks

Went there a few days ago and was severely disappointed. Firstly I was seated on a bizarre chair in a corridor in the way of an opening door even though the waiting room couches were available- I moved myself there after a few minutes.
I had a custom massage and requested neck, shoulders/upper back, head and feet. The girl spent about 20 mins on my legs and about 2 mins (if that) on my feet. I redirected her to the feet twice during the massage, with a further probably 1 min spent on them. Those few minutes were so poor I would say she doesn’t know how to massage feet.
Back massage was ok but didn’t hit the sore spot I had mentioned at the start. Again had to redirect her to massage the spot, again she only did it another minute or so.
I got the back scrub added and told her my shoulders were sunburnt and to please avoid the tops. She didn’t and so I had my sunburn exfoliated.
I don’t think she actually listened to anything I said at the start of the massage and proceeded to do her own thing.
At the end she said she would bring me a tea. I waited after getting dressed again in the room for about 5 mins before leaving. She was nowhere to be seen. I saw one employee when I exited the room and smiled at her- she didn’t smile back and gave me a look as though I was trespassing.
At the front desk I said my lips were super dry and would there be anything I could pop on them for my walk home. I was told no.
Overall an extremely poor customer service experience given I paid $235 for a massage. I have been to the Perth Endota spa numerous times and absolutely loved it so I don’t know why The Rocks fell so short. Feeling extremely ripped off and left feeling rather extorted.

I had Mikayla (sorry if that’s the wrong spelling!) for a third trimester pregnancy massage and she was absolutely amazing! I’d never had a massage before and she was really accomodating in asking what pressure felt OK, and explaining everything she was doing / the positions I had to get in. It was a super relaxing experience and she was lovely. Will definitely be coming back!

Would give 10 stars if it allowed! 90 minute massage from Bianca was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ll 100% be back and recommend others to come try it

Bianca is a 5-star therapist! She’s able to tailor treatments based on individual requirements and creates a calming atmosphere that will leaving you feeling relaxed, even if (like me) you need quite a lot of pressure applied… highly recommended!

Had a great quick massage, Maddy was fabulous! The team still managed to fit me in after I was running late after a mishap on my end with my reservation.

Amazing treatment to kickoff the start of my 30th birthday celebration. My therapist, Mina was incredibly thoughtful and excellent in her service on the Surrender Spa package. The reception ladies were also so friendly and accomodating. Thanks team. See you soon.

Not the best experience at Endota Spa.actually I didn’t really get to experience it actually. I had a booking made which a staff member called up to asked if I could push back my time by 30 mins, which was fine. I came 15min before my appointment as requested and sat downstairs waiting for 50 mins. I didn’t have any clue if it was normal to be waiting that long and no one had gone down to check on me either. The desk lady only realised when she came down to retrieve some paper work and was confused herself. She apologised and went up to her desk to check which took another 15 minutes. She came down and then explained that there was a glitch in the system hence no one was actually here to do my facial. She offered to push back the appoint again for another 30 mins until someone came in. I had somewhere to be in an hour so that wouldn’t work with my schedule. This was frustrating as I traveled an hour to actually get here and wasn’t able to get my facial.

The disappointment part was the I filed a complaint on their site and had to wait for a week for a response, and only got one because I had chased up constantly. They did not offer anything complimentary rather just an apology which really was not worth wasting my time for. Overall, I will be looking for a new spa to do my facial as I do not recommend this place, especially for the price point.

Such a wonderful experience. Bianca was an absolute delight. The rocks is my favourite endota spa and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Most relaxing treatment I’ve had. I had the Surrender massage plus facial. Bianca was my therapist and her massage was on spot with the pressure. I left feeling relaxed. My face also glowed walking out of Endota and Bianca was knowledgeable with the products she used. Thank you.

I was absolutely delighted with my experience at endota spa. From the moment I walked in the front door I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff, as well as a beautifully designed space to welcome me. My therapist was wonderful, taking my health needs into careful consideration and making me feel comfortable for the entirety of my one hour custom massage. I will certainly be returning and recommend others to check out endota and their pristine facilities.

I had the best massage experience ever at Endota the Rock. Super welcoming environment. The Therapist HILARY is very professional and expert in massage treatment. My Muscle soreness, stiffness, and fatigue were all gone after an organic massage with the Therapist Hilary.

Endota the Rocks is always 10/10 experience, vibe and staff. I did the 2 hour spa package today and wow do I feel great! Thanks to Alessandra for her time, great way to end my maternity leave!

I have the most tranquil experiences here - and I'm a regular! Everyone is great, but I highly recommend Bianca who is absolutely brilliant!

Professionally trained masseuse, it was firm but not painful. All joint and muscle pain was relieved surprisingly. Will definitely come again…. So worth it. BTW I did the custom massage

The treatment was lovely, however I was gifted a surrender spa package and when I booked online the gap payment was $5, I thought that was weird as the voucher was for a package not a price. Then after the treatment was told the gap was $25, prices went up in 2 days from booking to receiving treatment? Was told the manager was not their to discuss why the price difference and they would call, no return call.
It also feels like they are comissioned to up sell the products, on a previous occasion I was told their products were on sale, buy 2 or more and receive 20% off, notice on my receipt after I didn't get the 20% off, asked why and for a refund. Was told the receptionist didn't know how the refund and they would add a credit to my account. Credit was never applied when I returned. Poor customer service all round, 2 strikes now I won't be returning. Oh and they only have one bathroom which stunk.

Would Not EVER go back there again, we arrived at 1.55 for a 2pm started treatment at 2.20 a stop start massage, fascial, meant to be 75min finished at 3.15pm …… paid ridiculous price for mmmmmmmm… left feeling terrible

Very disappointing experience at this spa. They appeared to change our booking time without explanation. Our treatment was booked at 2pm and I had the email confirmation for this. We arrived at 1.50pm (which is within the 15 min arrival time guidance prior to treatment) but did not get the full treatment time. I went in at 2pm but mine finished at 2.50pm and my friend (who I booked 75 mins at 2pm) only had an hour after waiting about 15 mins for her therapist to collect her. They send a text confirmation the day before to confirm you're still coming and it said 1.45pm but I assumed this was in line with their guidance to arrive 15 mins prior to treatment. If they change clients booked time they should call and explain not rely on automated texts if that was what they meant as it wasn't made clear and no explanation provided. I have emailed them to raise these issues but no one has responded. I've paid full price for not full time treatments and they're not cheap. Poor service and my friends treatment was not good - we won't go back here.
