I like this place. But the girls here are not helpful. I was FIVE mins later for my spray tan (which takes ten mins). I tried to call to say should I change the time. Went to voicemail.

I arrive and they say I have to wait 30-40 mins they put in all the other people before me!

Pretty rubbish if you ask me.

Not worth the stress.

It is a testament to small business owners who can create a space of welcome and nurture for so many clients, each and every day. Relaxing in this space is no accident, it happens because of an entire crew of dedicated and hard working individuals who make it happen. Thank you to all of you. I love my time at endota Gymea.

Absolutely incredible remedial massage. Tan did an amazing job, focusing on pressure points. It was an amazing experience and definitely going back. Thank you Tan once again

This is the most difficult spa to book a treatment I have ever come across. I have been trying to book since February. Rescheduled for august, got a spot for October the spa cancelled the day before. I’m shattered particularly when this was organised in august. I would not organise a voucher for this spa or cronulla as they were worse for customers service. I will spend my hard earned money where I will be appreciated in the future. By the way cronulla was worse their customer service is terrible as far as don’t care if you book or not

Terrible. I arrived for my appointment and was kept waiting over 30 mins. When I asked for an update they just said running late. Not even told how late. Asked to be called to make another appointment. Heard nothing. Emailed them. Heard nothing.

Relaxing massage and facial, 75 minutes fealt like a few hours, nice staf, best relaxing massage ever.

Called up today to ask whether some information re.a previous therapist was on my file as so to ensure I didn't go with the same one as my experience wasn't great. Veronica was lovely and let me know who this previous therapist was and went on to recommend some other therapists in the hope I'd have a better experience this time round. She thanked me for my feedback and reiterated just how sorry she was about my past experience. I wish I'd been in contact earlier to address the issue as the staff definitely care about delivering great customer service. Thanks Veronica!

I was really disappointed with my package. The girl who looked after me was nice but she seemed very inexperienced and I was wondering if I was possibly one of her first clients or in a students class. I paid $200.00 for a treatment that was worth about $50.00

I was in a room with a spa bath and two beds and it just didn't feel welcoming at all, in fact I thought it was the room I was going to leave my shoes/bags etc in.

I had a pedicure which was done in the dark so when I got home it looked like it had been done by someone on their first day of the job. Where she has cut my nails they haven't even been filed so they are just straight with no shape at all. The big toe has been knocked and not fixed

The therapist hiccupped the entire way through my facial which was obviously not great and the actual facial itself would have lasted 20 minutes in total.

I thought I was having a facial, massage and pedicure and thought that the massage would be a full body massage but she just did my legs, feet and back. The facial consisted of a cleanse and mask (in that time my scalp was massaged) and that was it. It was a 2 hour package however, I was left waiting with my feet in a bowl for about 10 minutes, then I was left laying on an uncomfortable table for another 10-15 minutes whilst she went off to get the oils.

It was just a really bad experience and I'm annoyed that I wasted my time and on top of that have to re do my pedicure because it looks so bad.

Loved my facial and what I loved the most was they listen to you and not try to emphases you faults

Loved it, felt very relaxed and luxurious as soon as i walked in, i had a facial done with Elien, very happy with job she did.

I had the New Age Light Therapy facial. The facial was wonderful. The lady who provided the service was very professional, my skin feels great. However I am disappointed that I wasn't warned about the potential side effects of the light therapy mask that is used in the treatment.

Following the treatment I noticed my vision was somewhat foggy but I didn't think anything of it, after 15 or so minutes it remained that way and I started to get concerned and was curious to learn if light therapy masks have ever been linked to eye damage. I then discovered that the TGA in 2019 had recalled one of these masks because it was linked to causing retinal damage (please note, the TGA didn't recall the specific mask used by endota spa). The endota spa LED face light is a very different shape to the one that has been recalled by the TGA. While Endota's mask is a lot more open around the eyes my experience was that it does still emit a great deal of light onto the eyes. All I received to protect my eyes was a towel and this towel was placed above the face mask so it doesn't block any of the emitting light from the mask, it just stops you from being able to see the room.

The team was wonderful, the treatment itself was wonderful, I'm writing this review with the purpose of strongly encouraging the team at Endota to reconsider how they provide the Light Therapy Facial in light of the TGA's recent findings and to explore how they could modify the delivery of this service to ensure that their clients eyes are sufficiently protected.

I have spoken to the team at Endota they have a wonderful history of excellence, they stand head and shoulders above their competitors and I'm confident that they will address this concern with the same level of professionalism and dedication that they provide to each and everyone of their clients.

In the mean time while the Endota team are reviewing how they may modify this particular treatment I wanted to make sure I informed potential clients of my experience with the product, hence the 2 star rating.

Had a facial and eyebrow wax with the lovely Bec. She was so welcoming, friendly and professional, and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Endota Spa Gymea, and I will definitely book in with Bec again!

Much bigger than the welcome foyer suggests. Wide range of treatments and adaptable based on individual requirements. Gaby is great!
