Went for my first session with Elizabeth this morning and absolutely loved it, she is awesome, I walked out like a big weight was lifted and body n mind full of positivity. Just one of many sessions to help me on my path.

Elizabeth came into my life just when i need her. I was searching for a holistic healer and Elizabeth happened to be in my area.
After seeing her for a reiki session she helped me through so much trauma in my life that i didn't realise i still had. I decided to do the breakthrough therapy which blew my mind.

I did the art medicine and being nervous and not really sure I have any ability to put paint to canvas but Elizabeth put me at ease and I found the process gave me confidence and trust in myself to be able to connect to canvas in an authentic way.

After years of suffering with anxiety and self-doubt, and a roller coaster of emotions from poor life choices, I often sought help in the conventional way by talking with psychologists. I honestly tried hard to use the tools I learnt and apply them to my everyday life. Unfortunately these were short-lived practices and didn't really help address the root cause of my emotional and mental health issues. Then after hours of internet research on Holistic Wellbeing NLP Reiki, I decided to start with a Reiki session to unblock my chakras. What did I find? OMG. I found Elizabeth. The Reiki session makes me cry to this day with the intense, powerful feelings I experienced during that session. It is a moment in time I will never forget but will be eternally grateful for. But it didn't end there. I decided to do Breakthrough Therapy - an intense and powerful process which completely transformed my belief system within myself. Elizabeth found my root cause and from there I was able to start healing from within. There were many tears, and many lessons learnt about stepping into my power and truly learning to live life on my terms with confidence, authenticity and above all - self love and happiness in my every day life. I realised early on in the therapy sessions that to reap the rewards of the program I needed to show up and play 100%. It was with this mindset that I was able to achieve the most transformational breakthrough of my life. I am eternally grateful to Elizabeth for gently guiding and patiently showing me how to step into my power. Elizabeth really helped me to become unstuck and gave me the tools to be able to move forward, having shed some old patterns and ways of thinking. I spoke with Elizabeth on video calls during lockdown and it was great to be able to do this from my own home. Elizabeth knew how and when to push me so that I had my breakthrough and I cannot thank her enough! Highly recommend.

I have gone to visit Elizabeth for my anxiety and phobias in tunnels. I am getting better each session I see her around my phobias and I am happy with the results to date. It is not an over night change and requires work from both parties but I do feel my calmest and most positive after seeing her.

My experience with Elizabeth are wonderful, and I'm in Mount Isa, we doing video call and its amazingly working! I am so grateful to Elizabeth. I have just completed the ‘Breakthough’ program and I have to say I feel I have received more out of these sessions than years of therapy from traditional services. Elizabeth is an amazing guide and I did a BREAKTHROUGH package with her and the things that I felt needed to be changed, released were done so in a smooth, safe & supported environment.

Other things I learned had to be allowed, accepted & appreciated and when that happens, like "really" happens it allows these to heal and process.

Even her pets appear at just the right time to comfort you and its so relaxing. One was snoring away using my feet as a pillow & it was just perfect.

I HIGHLY recommend anyone who is drawn and then maybe questioning wether to take the plunge to do so now and just let everything fall into place.

I have attended several of Elizabeth’s Art Medicine workshops and found them to be very beneficial and therapeutic for me. Elizabeth demonstrated various techniques to us while also leading us through the process to connect with ourselves. For the art and the healing comes from within, we are responsible for our own journey, be it in that room; or out in the broader community.
