EI is one of the most simple rostering, timesheet and leave systems I have ever used. Payroll is executed simply and quickly, returning a day and half in productivity. A great system, highly recommended.

EI is an outsourced HR solution which delivers as advertised. We were originally introduced to the Employment Hero HR platform by a VC firm, and discovered their close partnership with EI. We've been with EI for a few years now, and they helped us navigate a difficult employment terrain through COVID, and the re-opening on the other side, in addition to usual day to day HR tasks and projects. Hayley is our HR Partner who I cannot recommend highly enough. She is knowledgable, accessible, and a trusted partner who assists us with our business objectives.

We switched from another HR consultancy company to EI last year. EI is providing the same level of service at a more reasonable price. In the meantime, we are using their integrated HR software and payroll software. We are impressed by their dedicated customer service and fast response. My company has 250+ employees and has four separate payrolls each fortnight plus an additional monthly thrown in for good measure. We moved to Employment Hero & Employment Innovations in August 2017. Despite complications caused by varying jurisdictions and quirks of our industry, Usha, our payroll advisor, always ensures our payrolls are completed on time and deals with issues professionally and with purpose.
