Employment Hero

I have only been using Employment Hero for a few months but so far it's been great! Love the rostering system, it's so easy to use. I love that I can set up one-on-one check-in's with each of my team and focus on development, and all this information is stored in one place.

Gift card redemption: I didn’t get a response on multiple help requests via email.
The process was confusing and I ended up not being able to redeem it at all. Rude.

No customer service - I was with Keypay where you could talk to a person - I have waited one week for a reply to a support call and no replies.

The Recruitment module makes keeping track of applicants so much easier! I can share details with the recruiting manager and have full visibility over the recruitment process and our candidates.

Our company uses Employment Hero for all HRIS needs. It is easy to use and much more engaging than other HR systems. Their new Swag app is great and has everything in one place. We are just waiting on integrating some Payroll functions so that we no longer need WorkZone. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. Especially for small to medium size organisations.

The features of Employment Hero recruitment module (as well as the general HR functionality) is amazing. The process for setting up your interviews, sorting through candidates, as well as the improved interface with job boards is amazing. Highly recommend.

If you need help they aren't available for days later and when you do get a appointment to speak to someone you have to stop working in your business because there is only a few times during work hours available to talk to them, and then if you want to cancel your contract they literally will not allow you to even if you have already paid alot and not even used it, and give you no care in the world to help the situation only offer if you pay more they will help you manage your already paid for subscription they promised at the start they would help you with!

Spams email accounts with unsolicited emails despite repeated requests to ceast doing so. EDIT: You say I have opted out but I never 'opted in' in the first place and your emails have no unsubscribe option.

Very easy and efficient tool to use and streamline HR processes. Dashboard acts as a company feed, which is useful to keep up with the latest within business and support the company culture. Leave is really easy to lodge and manage; 1: 1 coaching is a great simple but effective tool to manage your team. API could see improvement on permission structure, but there are ways to get things done and support is available to assist. Overall, well document and easy to use SaaS.

We moved onto the Employment Hero system 2 months ago and it has been the best move ever. It is so easy to use and the Customer Service employees are extremely helpful. It may be a little expensive to some other platforms however it is well and truly worth every cent.
