I had a very good experience purchasing my Altura Electric stand up desk from the Lidcombe store. There delivery/installation men were efficient, polite and respectful. The stores after sales service and communication I believe is second to non. I recommend the Lidcombe store to any of my friends or family.

Great range of office furniture available here. Reasonable prices, good customer service and prompt delivery.

I picked up a table from Empire office furniture and it didn't have any manual for assembly. When I asked for manual I was asked to contact the manufacuturer and here is the response from manufacture.

"That frame is really old and we sold this style of frame to Empire furniture back in 2014. All of our manufactures warranty has passed"

This company just wasted my time and money having to pick up this faulty product. STAY AWAY from this company. I don't know how people can get away with things like this.

No commitment of delivery on time. Very irresponsible and no call back from the staff about the order update. Charlotte spoke very nicely during the time of sales and now she's left everything to despatch manager. Isn't it a responsibility of the salesperson to keep track and update the clients about what's going on in the back-end? Definitely, this place shouldn't be a choice for SMBs.

An absolutely dreadful mob to deal with. Half the reviews here are probably people that have relations with the business. Useless!
