The staff park in a way that occupies 2 spaces when it only needs one. I had to park down the road thanks to this needless, selfishness.

Extremely bad service should be without a star at all. The truth is they charge normal price with 70% work done only. And, the work quality is terrible. Plus rude service all the time once they get the job.

I asked for one side car panel repair and repaint with agreed price in advance and booked in. Upon arrival, the business owner was extremally rude and said everything has agreed yet. I managed to settle the scope of works and price with him as I think they are still price it reasonable. His ongoing rude manner for every visit is terrible.

However, the product I got is different from what I ordered. I found a lot of missing spots of missing paint and defects on the day of pickup and the business owner refuse to fix it. Argued for long and finally agreed to repair one main defect. Originally, I request to repaint fully side of car including door to ensure the color match, but the truth is they only did half. I found out the truth because the black paint turn in to grey color unevenly on the repaired panel after a week back on the road. The door is still on the beautiful black as usual. LoL.

EXTREMELY NOT RECOMMAND THIS SHOP. If only 70% works done plus the rework cost by yourself, their price is extremely expensive and waste your time.

Good service. In a very short time to help us to repair the car very well, gave us a lot of help. It saves us a lot of time.

Dishonest, untrustworthy, inefficient and rude.
Stay away! One year ago we chose empire to fix our Audi A4 timing belt and steering wheel pump! Since the first time we had to change 4 times the timing belt due to the steering wheel pump oil leaking because they put a fluky second hand pump! I drove no more than 5 km and now I have to find a properly fitter to fix this problem and pay again. They never admit or offer a substitute car and each time they kept the car for at least 1 week! Really disappointed.

I have fixed the brake and did the maintenance here. Everything was perfectly done and my car looks like a new one now. Very happy with the mechanic there and appreciate for all they have done for my car.

I had my Subaru repaired at Empire and was very happy with the job they done very professional service, i would definitely recommend them.

Great service offered by Empire Repair. I took my car in to repair the back doors and the car look brand new after the job. They even checked my battery life when the technician noticed the warning light was on. I would recommend them to anyone who’s after a great service with knowledgeable people.

I brought in my Toyota Camry for front and rear bumper repairs. Empire recommended repair instead of replacement which saved money and they did a great job. Highly recommended.

The mechanic screwed up my car so badly that I ended being forced to sell my car as it was not safe to drive! Had to get another mechanic to fix Empire mechanic's mistakes and even he said that the mistakes that Empire's mechanics made would not have been made by a competent mechanic! Empire took apart my engine and timing belt before apologizing and saying opps they shouldn't have done that because my engine had a chain belt and wouldn't need replacing at all! Due to Empire mechanic's mistake and not putting back my engine properly it caused an oil and vacuum leak in my engine which I had to pay thousands for another mechanic fix! If you are after competent mechanics then don't go Empire mechanics!

Jay and Frank were always show willing to help attitude and very responsive, and their Mechanic Sam is very knowledgeable about the car, and obviously he is car obsessed person, if you love your car, and you have a problem with it, please go and ask Sam! He will provide best options with compatible price! For body or mechanical repair, I definitely recommend them!
