I highly recommend Empire Bathrooms. They recently completed renovations to our ensuite, master bathroom, and powder room. I found Enzo and the team to be honest, trustworthy and reliable. I always felt comfortable having their team members in my home as they were always courteous and professional. All work was carried out to a high standard. I can't thank the team enough for our beautiful new bathrooms.

We could not have been happier with the recent work done by Empire Bathrooms. Having renovated our main bathroom, ensuite, powder room and separated toilet room with them, I can not speak highly enough of their work.

Mike & his team were professional, reliable and punctual, going above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with every single aspect of the job. Their tiler was especially skilled and ensured an extremely high quality finish in all the rooms.

Moreover, I would like to extend a huge thanks to Erin, who remained reliable and patient throughout. Our strata required a lot of unnecessary documentation and conditions to be met, but she did her best to understand our circumstances and ensured that everything was taken care of.

Above all, their price was very reasonable, especially when considering the quality of work they provided. Mike was very trustworthy and pleasant to deal with.

We had bathrooms and our laundry renovated by Mike, Enzo and their teams, and we couldn't be more happy with the work they've done. Seamless process from the quote through to the completion of the job, both to the highest standard and before it's estimated completion date. Renovating your home is stressful but this company exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone we know!

You can believe their reviews, we researched extensively before deciding and everything we read and heard suggested that Mike and his team would do a professional job, we were not disappointed.

Lydia was most helpful during the design stage and Keegan and his team of tradesmen were totally professional. They arrived on time, the standard of work was excellent, they kept us informed during every stage accommodating any late changes and making suggestions re positioning of fixtures before going ahead, nothing was a problem. They arranged drop sheets before starting and cleaned up at the end of each day, no loud radios, no swearing, just a pleasure to have on site. Mike called on site regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress, we cannot fault his service and attention to detail.

End result we have a fabulous en-suite with the best shower ever!

Enzo and his team renovated both our bathrooms. His professionalism, advice and work ethic of his team was outstanding.

Not experienced in renovations myself, I wasn't sure about what was possible, layout, fittings etc. Enzo walked into our bathrooms and gave excellent suggestions and helped us design really functional bathrooms that look fantastic.

Through the up and downs of lockdowns Enzo was always there to answer questions and send the team around as soon as they were allowed back in. As for his team, they were polite, punctual and very respectful of my family.

If you're reading this review use it as motivation to call him - you won't regret it.

We were so fortunate to find Empire Bathrooms to re do our bathroom and laundry. From the initial meeting with Michael and from there he made the decision to proceed with Empire Bathrooms very easy.
The whole process from the quote to Lydia helping us choose the fixtures and fittings which really did take the stress out of the process. The added benefit of having their own showroom and being able to see exactly the products you are buying.
The Empire team from the tradespeople to the administration were all friendly, helpful, very courteous and more importantly professional.
So lucky to have Heath as the main tradesman who was so particular and nothing left to chance and happy to change things when owners change their mind, never have I seen a tradesman clean up like he did every day.
Michael orchestrated the whole process with calmness and made sure any little concerns we had were fixed immediately.
We certainly would full endorse Empire Bathrooms for anyone contemplating doing any form of renovations to bathroom or laundry.

Back to Enzo, he is absolutely brilliant; he is very responsive to your questions and messages, and just being super easy to deal with. He would move mountains and earths for you, in my case he traveled to different Bunnings 7+ times just to get the right barn door handle for me. Where else can you find a builder like this?

Erin from the office is also very helpful and friendly, we visited their showroom to choose the accessories and she couldn't be more helpful getting the us the right items within our budget and offer suggestions.

Everyone in Enzo's team is just amazing, Daniel, Ethan, Keegan, Darren, Steve and Grant. We couldn't fault any of them at all.
