My mum bought roast duck and pork here twice and had really bad experience both times. The first time she came, there were 2 shop assistant ladies who were very rude to her and gave attitude. The second time, my mum wanted to buy a roast duck for $38 (price printed in front of the shop). She gave the cashier man $50 in cash; he only gave her $1.70 in coins back and started serving other customers. My mum had to ask several times for her change money and after a lot of chasing, they ended up giving her an extra $10 note. They did not even give her the full change amount ($12 dollars change - how hard is that?) If my mum hadn’t notice, they would have robbed her $10 in daylight. Rude and deceitful owner/ staff, no reason for us to ever come back.

I’m not sure if this is cos of covid, but the meats that I bought (2 times in 2 weeks, spent $20 each time) was super not fresh. I didn’t end up eating the food and I need to chuck the food away because it stinks. I am sure I won’t be back to this butcher, one of the worst experiences ever.

Bbq pork is not that special. The man messed up my order, talking to me with food in his mouth. And also the way the weight the whole container with the meat and calculate it with the final price stinks! The service is bad bad bad.

If i could give zero star i will do. It was happen few minutes ago when i want to buy chicken breast fillete (half) and the lady holding the whole chicken breast fillete ask the guy cut in half and she dropped 2pcs of meat which was half breadt fillete and tender part, she was put half of the the chicken breast onto the tray back and half of put it For me with the chicken tender that has pick up from the floor and i made complain and then she change to other breast that she picked breast fillete from the trays which she picked from floor. It was happen in front of my eyes. She still arguing with me without apology and ither staff all staring at me. Never think that asian people dirty like you guys, safety reason is very important as requirement from NSW food Authority

Worst experience ever I ordered suckling pork with roast duck and the waiter comes out with ROASTED PORK And roast duck u believable I ate like only 2 from the 5 pieces of roasted pork and I realised it wasn’t sucking pork then I told the waiter and he said I can’t give it back because you ate half of it already and I was not happy. How was I suppose to know it was suckling pork If I haven’t had it before they did this deliberate because i was with my friend and he speaks their language so he told me they said I was a foreigner so give him roast pork instead he won’t know. After I told the waiter he just came back with soy milk as compensation and at the end I still have to pay for the suckling pork dish and roast pork which was more expensive than paying for roast pork and roast duck instead. WORST RESTAURANT EVER DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER AND LOOKING TO EAT CHINESE BBQ ALSO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Very very bad experience with this butcher who sells poor quality meat and very rude service. Try to avoid if you are looking for friendly neighbourhood butcher who sells quality meat. Very poor knowledge about meat overall. For example, they don't understand what is porterhouse cut, sirloin etc. "We only sell fillet! " was their reply. (not language problem as I was speaking mandarin). And they don't know if their meat is grain fed or grass fed. They got angry after I asked them these 2 questions. So, never.never will I go back to this rubbish! Talking about quality, the lady presented me a chunk of fillet that was swimming in blood in a so called vacuum pack.that only shows that the meat is not fresh and the vacuum seal is poor.

Ironically there are 8 big Chinese words hanging inside the top of the shop that reads "以客为尊，服务第一“

It's cheap, and it's where I would go if I needed a cut of meat not usually found at a western butcher. But I wouldn't come here normally because of the terrible service.

Worst service ever, staff don't give a damn.
Also overcharged us.
No tea / napkins were served.

Food was good though.
