The Lady that administered the ultrasound was absolutely the most professional and understanding showing the utmost respect for such a personal procedure. Thankyou for being so professional.

They are good like every other imaging places but they have recently started charging extra on top fees for pregnancy ultrasounds. Where as all other places are doing it for FREE. They make it sound like everyone is charging now, but other companies will bulk bill. We were unaware when we booked that there were fees ($113) involved until went for the appointment.

Medicare states all pregnancy related imaging are free. These guys are private so they are charging how they feel. I would recommend you to find a place where they bulk bill with no extra fees.

I had a ct guided cortisone injection yesterday on my S5L1 lumbar spine. Would just like to say I was so impressed with the skill and expertise of the doctor and staff. I was apprehensive at first that it may hurt and it didn't. I felt I was in very good hands.

The receptionist Cathy and sonographer Lindsay were both lovely and very helpful!

The waiting time was very quick I was in and out!

Couldn't be happier will definitely return here!

The lady over phone, Cassey went above and beyond to help me get my report in time. Thank you so much. She communicated and updated me on every steps.

Took my wife for ultrasound and c.t. Scan what a pleasant place to go to most efficent by the workers

Attitude of receptionist was pathetic and arrogant.
No consideration, no sympathy for patient who is in pain.

Went for a scan here and saw sonographer Lindsay - I don't think I've *ever* had a better experience of medical imaging. Lindsay was both knowledgeable and gave good advice & insight, as well as being personable and putting myself and my partner at ease. An easy 5 stars!

I mixed up the appointment times for my prenatal scan however the lady on the front desk was so accomodating and understanding and managed to squeeze me in. The sonographer, Lyndsey, was hands down the best sonographer I have ever encountered. Not being medically trained, it was hard to know what we were looking at- yet his explanations helped us to see and bond with our baby, his explanations put our minds at ease and his friendly nature and wise advice was very much appreciated.

I booked an appointment at Emerton Medical Imaging after confirming they would be able to do the specific test required along with the ultra sound. Took the day off, prepared for the ultra sound with full bladder for 2 hours and after being called into the scan room was told they do not perform the specific test there, only the ultrasound. Totally disappointed!

My 12 year old daughter had to have a biopsy on her left breast her sonography Ginella and Dr Metri performing the procedure werr absolutely amazing and resecptful. They did everything to keep her anxiety levels at ease, kept her coverd and.only exposed the areas that had to be. Dr Metri talked her through every step, and told her when he was going to touch her.

From the mouth of a 12 year old "the experience wasn't as bad as I thought and the doctor was very respectful".

The whole team Emerton Medical Imaging, are kind, respectful and made the whole situation pleasant.

We had ria as a sonographer and she was fantastic warm and welcoming when i go back i will be asking for her specificly.:)
