Technician arrived early with notice, determined fault requirements and went away to procure part. Returned within 1 hour, installing, testing, all OK. This company is as good.as they were 30 years ago.

Came and repaired the boiler within 2 hrs of logging it. Friendly plumber introduced himself and completed job in a timely manner. Place left cleaner than when he arrived.

I can highly recommend EHWR for any hot water problems. Byron was great in organising Jay to come out so quickly. Jay was so knowledgeable and friendly. Not only did he repair the hot water system but he also detected a problem with the gas supply. Will definitely use EHWR again if any other hot water problems occur.
