I have been ordering our staff's scrub from EmbroidMe/Fully Promoted Smithfield for 8 years now. Exceptional customer service, very friendly professional staff, excellent quality, reasonable prices and fast delivery. Tony & Renu, thank you for your wonderful service. Would definitely recommend and will continue to use them.

Placed a large order for work polo's and from the get go the Smithfield team were incredibly helpful, Tony and Ragni went above and beyond with communication and updates on it all and the process was incredibly smooth. The polo's look fantastic and are a huge hit with our team. Highly recommend! Definitely going to continue orders with them as they are absolutely fantastic! A huge thank you to Tony and Ragni!

If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Customer service is horrible, quality of shirts are poor, spent. Lot of money with these guys and my one bit of advice is to stay away

I can absolutely confirm that it was your company and your Smithfield branch that I dealt with. I can confirm that the the lack of & poor customer was received form your staff with little to no effort to make amends for your poor quality products that were no longer any use to us at all, your products were unwearable and all had to go in the bin.

The team at Fully Promoted Smithfield were so easy to deal with when ordering my company apparel. Their professionalism from the initial consultation to getting my order delivered to my office was a seamless process.
