I have tried mutiple times to call the store but no one picked up the phone.if it was one time, fair enough the store was busy, but even tried to call different time no one answered my call.texted the message but it was seen and left it, no reply.why bothering put up the number on the website while you dont want to answer it.bad customer service!

Excellent range. Prices cheaper than Amazon and eBay with customer service who knows their stuff. Also good returns policy which lets you buy with confidence. They mailed it out straight away. Highly recommend them.

Top notch customer service. Parking behind shop and at local park which is 30 seconds walk from the shop. Excellent prices and huge range. Prices are competitive and staff are knowledgeable about the products they sell which is a great help. Highly recommended.

Dont order online! After three months of hassling them i never received the products i ordered. Never responded to emails. Every time i called i got lip service that it was on its way and then would send through tracking details but it never happened. Eventually got a refund through PayPal.

Very poor customer service, I was told he will be with me and make me wait for about 15 minutes and at the end he didn't want to tell me the prices.he told me that I am only shopping around. The person was realy rude and careless.

Rubbish service. Never answer the phone. When you finally get hold of them they commit to nothing and try to get you off the phone and promise they will call you back and never do. They wont order it unless you go to the shop and pay first even when you have already brought things off them and offer them your credit card over the phone. Frustrating!

Perfect place for quick Electrical Shopping. Bought two Haier Split Air Conditioners. He was very professional and has explained about everything in detail. I recommend the shop 100% for everyone who needs electrical stuff with great customer service. Cheers!

Do not be fooled by his ‘nice guy’ facade. THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY MONEY and refused to send me what I purchased after 3 months of being messed around.

They willingly and knowingly shipped me second hand, faulty goods. The items had the word “faulty” written on the underside when they arrived.

ELS Bankstown does not deserve your business.

I would not go anywhere else.
Highly recommended with a A+ old school service and advice. To be very honest they need a Gold metal or a award for everything they do. It's one of the last shop left in Sydney that i have had 100% quality service in. (RARE)

Worst possible customer service (if you can call it that). I made a large purchase and didn't hear nothing for over a week. So I call Nathan and he didn't even know the order was made, even though he took the money without any problems. So I kept getting messed around with the purchase. First there's none in stock, call on Monday. Then there's a new model coming out, call tomorrow he says. Then I can't talk now call me in the morning, then call me tomorrow again. He completely wasted my time following him up every second day. This mob shouldn't be in business! So finally the fool gives me a refund after I threatened to file a PayPal dispute. What a waste of time! Go to business school and learn how to run one you fool! Thank goodness I paid through PayPal otherwise who knows if he would have refunded me.
