Fantastic service! Super efficient. Very friendly staff and I even got a courtesy car. I drive half an hour to get my car service to you instead of going to the local dealership which is 5 minutes down the road. I highly highly recommend these guys.

Sales team very good, and service department are absolutely fantastic very helpful and really look after you. Thanks for looking after me and my car.

Car serviced, very efficient and friendly checkin. Split intercooler hose detected during service and promptly rectified. Also showed me how to adjust reverse camera in the settings. Service guy was on his own, flat out but very helpful and obliging.

The ELN team are amazing. From the service department to the technicians that look after your car. From the level of professionalism that I receive I recommend the ELN Ford team and will always return my car there for regular textbook servicing and maintenance.

ELN Ford at Tuggerah, would have to be the best ford dealer in NSW. They are all friendly, very professional & nothing ever seems a problem.

Service was quick and efficient but the lady in the front desk (Jamie) of the service center can use a seminar on customer service. Not so accomodating

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Listened and actioned on special requests. A slight delay on agreed 'pick up' time however, overall, easily the best Ford Service area on the Central Coast. Many thanks.

It’s when everything doesn’t go perfectly that you see how an organisation performs. We had problems with our car under warranty and ELN (and Ford overall) were excellent. Wouldn’t buy a new car anywhere else.

Thanks to your service department today. Not only for completing my 30k service, but for actually dealing with an issue I had with my transmission. Had taken it to another service department and kept being told nothing wrong with it. First time back with ELN and after software upgrade, no issue anymore.

Had dealt with a number of dealers in the lead up to speaking with ELN ford. The other dealers were quite disappointing. I had made some online enquires and when ELN ford called me, I mistook them for another dealer and said we had already spoken. Ajay from sales did his due diligence and realised I was mistaken and called me back. We had a down to earth conversation and provided me with a car at a great price. Definitely recommend this dealership if you want a straight forward sale without the pushy salesmen.
