I am new to this surgery. Nice atmosphere, welcoming front desk and obliging.
Did not have to wait for the Doctor.on tine.
Very pleasant overall experience.

Dr Venter has given me the most thorough skin check I’ve ever had and I’ve had many. Any embarrassment or discomfort you may feel is offset by his soft gentle approach. Thanks too to the receptionist for her willing assistance.

Dr. Anthony Tan Chong Kuoi did a great job with my first ever health exam. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind, friendly and empathetic. All of the staff (admin) were great and helpful.
Additionally i observed the clinic to be clean and very inviting. I'm so glad i chose the Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

It used to be a great experience. But the people behind the desk are just rude and like they have no clue. It feels so rushed. It makes you feel uncomfortable. Even when you call up its like they can't be bothered or don't want to listen and cut you off. Horrible customer service.

Dr Benson is a bully and laughs in the face of mentally ill patients

Hi after the initial shock that my Doctor of many years had resigned from his position, I was left needing to find another surgery and Doctor.
Dr Jacob Duvenage at Elm road Mediical centre was able to take new patients, this was indeed a relief.
My first appointment I found Dr Jacob Duvenage and the receptionist welcoming, through and obligingly helpful in making the transition from past to Elm street medical centre stress free.

Recommended. On my first visit here today I found a clean, spacious modern practice staffed by real humans. The reception staff made immediate eye-contact and were friendly and efficient. The practice nurse Jules assessed me initially - because it was my first visit - and thoroughly reviewed my personal and family medical history, as well as taking standard physical measurements, blood pressure etc. Dr Azar was calm, pleasant and professional and conducted a thorough skin-cancer check, picking up several moles of concern. The reason I chose her was because her CV shows her substantial experience and lists skin checks as a special interest. I also had a COVID booster shot.

Dr of choice is always worth the wait. Friendly Staff and professional service and advice. Thankyou
