8Elizabeth machines is the go to place for all of your needs when it comes to sewing the basics to heavy materials. I purchased two machines from the with servo motors and am very happy with them. The customer service is family orientated and a great experience. John Perez is great at his job and I really appreciate his help. They have moved to a larger place at Auburn which is great for me as it is closer to me.
Helpful and pleasant to deal with. Not a huge range on display but adequate. Huge range of spare parts.
Had an issue with my Juki sewing machine. Phoned them and they talked me through the issue over the phone as i live regionally.
Couldn't be more helpful. Great service.

Purchased their top of the line model from JUKI with high expectations of performance and accuracy only to find out it is par with chinese replica performance at triple the cost. Quite dissatisfied with Juki - not getting your moneys worth in closure.
Terrible service - They have been "trying to locate a part" for our sewing machine for over 2 weeks. Tried calling today - No update of whether they will get the part or not - No contingency plan - No call to update us - All total unknowns.
I asked how much longer - Could take a year - Not a single care at all. They refuse to give an update, only that they are still chasing up the parts needed.
I'll be lucky to ever have the machine fixed.
Clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what they sell - the people there have been in the industry for a very long time and it shows in the extent of their knowledge and the quality of their customer service! It was fantastic to talk to the workers there who are as invested and interested in machines as yourself.
I'm 2 hours from this place, but it was worth to do the drive, first talked to Bob on the phone and then Karen, Gary and Russell did a great job once arrived at the store. They know their products and helped my husband get the servo motor that he was looking for. He got a Ho Hsing M1 75. He couldn't be happier. Thanks again. It's worth pay the extra $$ don't believe on the eBay motors, they are cheap Chinese models that on the long road will disappoint you.
