Elixiba Byron Bay

I came here for lunch a few times with friends and family, it's great to know they catered fully plant based vegan food, the restaurant is small and cosy, nicely decorated, staff are friendly, the menu has plenty of dishes to choose from, I definitely will come back again.

This is a must visit when coming to Byron. A vegan restaurant with extra tasty food. Everything we had was amazing. As for the drinks, botanical beers, plenty of cocktails and mocktails, everything was superb. And for the ambiance, I can't even describe the atmosphere there. Full of wood and beautiful carpentry, you will feel like you are visiting a restaurant in a fairy tale. It is a unique and exquisite visit, but definitely worth it. Be sure to book especially if you are in a larger group as the place has few sitting spots. They do takeaways, but dining in is an important part of the experience here.

My Wife and I had dinner here on a road trip north. We had the humble burger, the hand cut chips, the Caesar salad with tempura jackfruit. The food was sooooooo good. So much flavour my gosh! The guys really know some delicious alchemy to create this tasty treats. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend. Ah, and then we got the chocolate cake for desert! The cake is rich and full flavoured and brings a wild experience to the senses, the caramel icecream and coconut whipped cream all fit perfectly together to create one of the nicest deserts we have ever tasted! And to top it all off the staff were super nice and helpful. We loved it!

The best vegan restaurant I have been to in a long while! The staff is super lovely, treat you like family. The arancini balls are to die for, and the drinks are not only stunning but taste amazing too. A little oasis, thank you Elixiba for creating such a space. Definitely recommend coming here!

Food is okay, but very SMALL servings. Just be aware that you don't get what you pay for. Staff are abit distracted.we were sitting outside for about 20mins before a young girl came and gave us menus. My bf ordered the burger, which was served on a small board, so it went everywhere and broke apart as soon as he touched it. And it was very small for the price you pay. We also got the homenade lemonade which was nice, but main issue was just serving sizes were small.

Food was super tasty, decor was fairy like, cocktails were divine! Loved it and loved all the details like the small note for each person. If you enjoy vegan food, don’t hesitate!

We love this place, healthy food that tastes so good it’s like cheating, highly recommended!

Great options of vegan food. Very delicious and friendly staff. Lots of drinks on offer like ciders and ale beers made exclusively for them. Highly recommend.

Not just for vegetarians! Elixiba does fantastic food that just happens to be Vegan and gluten free friendly. The staff are fantastic full of recommendations and the food is clearly made by people who love it. I can highly recommend the cauliflower, burger and jackfruit salad. Well worth a visit

I love this place and the people! Food is super amazing and they do good moctails and drinks. I 100% recommended! Everytime I work I go for the $5 takaway curry ️ love it so much! Thanks guys for making ethical food and so delicious!

Best food! One of my favourite restaurants ever always look forward to going to elixiba in Byron or sunny coast. You have to try the cauliflower can’t go without ordering it

Such a cool place to visit in Byron. Went there for first time and couldn’t resist to try more stuff from the menu second time for dinner. My partner is not vegan and loved all his meals there. Staff was amazing and friendly, especially Isabel. Would 100% visit again when in Byron.

Such a calming and unique restaurant, really loved the decor and all the little touches it felt like we were in middle earth! The food is 10/10, we are visiting from the UK and it’s by far the best food we’ve had along the east coast. Bruschetta is an absolute must we had it three times in our two day visit. The staff are also perfect for the restaurant and are very warm and welcoming. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Highly recommend!

I love Elixabaa! Come here a lot as they have the best vegan food in town! And they help out people in financial struggles with the best $5 Dahl on earth!

Ordered the mushroom entree. There were 3, they were cold and bland, overpriced. Also ordered the black burger, the buns were hard, the burgers themselves not very tasty. Food I thought was pretentious. The venue however is gorgeous and quiet when we were there and we were able to work on our laptops which was appreciated. Service was okay but additional charge just because it was a weekend is outrageous. Hospitality shouldn't be charging for weekends, come on.

We had a beautiful dinner at Elixiba and will definitely be back next time we're in the region. We loved our meals; we had the cauliflower starter with loaded nachos and jackfruit caesar for mains, which were all delicious.
