Elite1 Paintball - Coffs Harbour

Very expensive and checking in takes way too long. Only one staff for 20 people, we wasted half of our play time on getting ready, just sitting around waiting for something to happen.

We had an awesome day out with the guys, what could be more fun than shooting the employees for a day.

Awesome field and air supply setup. The atmosphere is what makes the place and I'd say this is due to the owners and how welcoming they are. Thanks for a great weekend!

One of the best places to play Paintball in Australia. It is a family own business and they are wonderful people. Can not rate this place high enough.

Our boys had a great time.
The games were structured and very well organised. The safety and instruction briefings were thorough and easy to understand.
All the staff were fantastic providing great customer service and knowledge.
The only downside was the very long delay to commencement waiting for paperwork and payments to be processed which may have been due to a lack of resources.

Very disappointing. Too large a group. Having booked at 1pm I made the mistake of agreeing to an open booking, having been asked if a mother and 2 sons could join us. On the day there was approximately 15 additional players. We were booked to start at 1pm however due to the additional people and slow administrative process (only one person on the counter) we sat around waiting until we'll after 2pm. In addition 6 professionals joined the group making it more difficult for the less experienced to feel confident. There was significant poor language by this group of professionals and overall just a real let down. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but felt it was important to share our experience.

Highly recommended. Staff were awesome to deal with and very considerate towards the not so confident players. Overall its was a very enjoyable day out

Was fun, didn't hurt as much as i thought it would, paint ball add up thought. All in all, was a good day

The administration need some training to refine their people skills.

Fantastic venue with great staff and a great location. Very well kept tournament field. Didn't play social ball so I can't really comment there

My partner and I just spent under $500 with Elite1 between the two of us and yet our experience was below average and for a number of reasons.

At first we watched a 5min induction video which everyone was struggling to hear. This video explained all the rules of paintball.
Eventually after 3 rounds, we noticed the rules were not being enforced by the staff and this risked everyone's safety. Disheartened by the staff whom were often undermining the customers by shouting aggressively. Specifically one worker had an overly aggressive manner.
In comparison to other paintball sites this site's terrain was simplistic and could do with more rustic equipment than simply blue barrels.
Overall, an average experience when considering the return of investment or value.

My family and friends had a great afternoon of entertainment. Nice and convenient to Coffs harbour.

Had a ball.staff were friendly and the reffs were easy to get along with.reasonably priced as well.

The team at Elite1 did a great job of keeping us all busy until all the balls were gone. Great day of play.

Great variety of settings with friendly hosts, good equipment. A really day out. Grab a group of mates and go for it

Great staff who made the experience enjoyable. If it's possible, I think a slightly bigger course with more varied terrain would improve it.
