Elite Shade & Sails (Sydney)

Decided to go with quote provided. Install was meant to be completed by Jan and wasn't until late march.
I was planning on removing a large palm tree however when their trades installed the shade, they ensured me that it didn't need to be removed and was completely legal (unlike they had previously told me) and I decided to keep it as you would. I notified elite shades straight away.
They then Wanted me to re measure the shade for them, then 3 weeks later said it was wrong and they had to send someone to do it (should have in the first place) kept telling me the shade was ready to go when it wasn't and their supplier had lost the order. No communication at all unless I kept chasing things up. Left over concrete tipped in my yard from post footings I had to clean up. Left over concrete around my garden where the posts were installed. Concrete on my colourbond fence. Not willing at all to compensate for poor service, not completing anywhere near the quoted tim or lack of communication and services throughout the whole process.
While the finished project is spot on, the stress throughout the whole process, lack of communication and the fact my family missed out on a whole season using the pool in our new property, I do not recommend using elite shades.

Didn't turn up 3 times after arranging for a quote. Not getting a fourth chance
