Sales staff are extremely rude and short. They have a lack of customer service skills, and made me feel like the $3000 sale I was giving them was unwanted.

The drivers are awesome.

Quality of product - average.

Don't use the company unless you want blue metal in your to dressing. Refunds don't make up for the inconvenience

Won't go back.not happy at all with soil the amount you get for your dollars is a disgrace

DONT buy the soil from this company. It has about 3% actual soil and the rest is rubbish. Shame on you Elite soil, this product is certainly not elite.

Used this company plenty of times over the years, they are always very reliable and a pleasure to deal with.

They are rude disorganised a total let down, you can't count on what they say. I called with a simple order they said they would get back to me I had to call 4 times over 2 Days with the same response They blamed Austral bricks whom I previously had no trouble with, except for them refering me to elite sand and soil.

I found out about elite sand and soil from an FB page, and they really spoke highly of them.:) And indeed, every positive thing spoken about them are certainly true! Very polite and friendly staff, and high quality soil! I ordered 80/20, and they managed to deliver it to my place within 3hrs! Their prices are very reasonable, and I was more than happy to pay for the extra delivery fee just because of the friendliness of the staff, the quality soil was just a bonus.:) I could have been charged 50% less delivery fee if I went with the local landscape supplier, but those people were really rude, so I decided to go with Elite sand and soil.:) Just to be clear, I only needed to pay extra coz I live far from Penrith. Their regular delivery fee is the same as the local supplier.:)

Special shout out to Brigg who delivered our soil.:) She was very nice, kind, and polite; she represented her company really well.:) Very easy to talk to, and followed our instructions to a tee.:) Went the extra mile to keep us customers happy.:) Elite sand and soil certainly has my business from here unto forever!:)

One of your mud carters was tailgating my car on the great western rather than overtaking in the empty lane next to me, so I thought I'd pop in to review your business.

Thank you for delivering our neighbours landscaping supplies and for also side swiping our truck side mirror that was parked across the road and not notifying us.

The truck was a week old, the mirror was $400+ to replace.

Great customer service and top quality products. Prices are very competitive with other suppliers.

RUN AWAY FROM THESE GUYS I used to buy from South Penrith before these guys moved in no way now, rude staff over the phone, rude delivery drivers and worst of all they rip you not my first delivery despite what they think I know what im getting so do yourself a favour and run
