I bought a corner desk and was advised a delay as it was out of stock. Had a few communication problems to start with but when in contact with the correct person was advised of another colour that was in stock ready for delivery, things went smooth and desk delivered by courier in 2 days. Great service and would buy again from them. Thankyou.

Bought 5 desks + some accessories + assembly of all desks.

I have to give props when props are due, customer support worked out I had ordered 2 different colours of desk and accessories. They gave me a call and confirmed this is what I wanted. After we confirmed the correct colours I was notified they needed to order them from interstate.

The only issue I ran into was delivery and assembly. The delivery guy text me saying he was coming "today" but I was out of state at the time. A little heads up about when the delivery was going to take place (as Elite did mention I would get a call to confirm delivery).

At the end though, this was just a minor inconvenience (hence the 5 star review still) the delivery / assembly guy was easy to reschedule with, reassured me to not stress about it, and rebooked and waited for me when I returned a few days later.

Overall I cannot be more thankful for the swift action, proactiveness on issues before it's an issue and just friendly service all round.

Really poor service from this company. Before I placed my order I spoke to Ken on the online chat service they have available. I asked if the furniture I wanted to order was available and in stock, he asked for my address and said yes, it is and could be delivered within 5-8 days. I placed my order based on this. Two days later I recieved an email stating the furniture is not available and I should choose from another set, being a bit annoyed but needing this furniture I seleceted another set. Days after this, I received another email stating my order will only be delivered two weeks later. When i contacted the company about this, I was told I can fetch it from Brisbane if I wanted it earlier. This after paying more than 10% of the value of the furniture on shipping alone. Poor service with lots of promises up untill they have secured your payment.

After waiting patiently for a month and a bit i got in contact again and was told delivery in 3 days - it didn't come. After getting in contact a 4th time it came a day later.

The desk itself is good but not great. You'd think assembly would be easy but the desk top required a drill to attach (not sure if the lack of holes in the desk top was a manufacturing defect or not).

The only reason why I didn't give 1 star was because customer service was very good and quick to respond. Can't recommend though, go to Officeworks instead.

I contacted Elite Office Furniture and their customer service was exceptional. I spoke to Prashant and he helped me out with measurement and choice of colour and had very good knowledge of the product. I recommend this company if you are looking for home Office Furniture. Everything was done online without any problems and I received my Furniture within a week and they set it all up and I had to do nothing.

Ordered a sit stand over the phone with Prashant. Great service and very helpful over the phone. Went to FaceTime during the call and showed the product in operation over the line while I asked questions.
