I went to EHI as I wanted to support local businesses my experience was not at all what I expected. I had to take 3 annual leave days to accommodate them to come back and fix all the problems with the install.
1. Wrong screen door came had to be taken back and redone.
2. Screen for window was made the wrong way so had to be taken away and redone.
3. Screen for window refitted but was not shutting flush with the window so they had to come back and fix that and then the installer decided to drill into my window frame and left holes in the frame I then had to take another leave day for them to fix the hole!
I said it was not appropriate that I should have to take my annual leave for their stuff ups and the answer I got was well I would.
They were also argumentative when I spoke to them.
Not Happy. Guess I was just unlucky.

I had my house blinds done by EHI. Made the biggest mistake ever! The quality of their products are so bad! The outdoor blinds started to tear off within few months. So i called EHI and a technician came to check and said he needs to order a new one. Never heard back from EHI regarding the order or when they going to fix it. I contacted them again, a technician came in and said the same thing. I waited 2 weeks for EHI to contact me regarding the order but nobody did so I started chasing them. They don’t answer their phone and when they do they say someone will call you back and nobody does. I am still calling them every day but no luck to get them to answer or call me. I left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails but no response! Stay away from this company!

The quoting and pricing was quick and detailed.

The install was delayed a few times due to weather and COVID but their communication was great.
