So extremely happy with the upgrade I got today for my pavement princess. Never realized how good a tritons stereo could sound, all staff were amazing and helpful even sat in the car with me and showed me how to adjust or change the sound. Would highly recommend this company to everyone

Had a faultless experience when I visited to get some new rear speakers installed as the ones fitted in my car had failed after about 12 months. This had been installed else where and I was not happy with how long they lasted. I booked ahead and when I arrived they where ready to work on my car straight away. I purchased a set of 6.5 inch Kickers and have to say that they sound great. Excellent mid range sound and quite a bit of bass from such a small unit. Spoke to the guys out the back about tuning my set-up that was installed and they where more then happy to oblige. My God, I have never heard it sound so good. Top work. I'm 1000% happy and I'll highly recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks for a flawless experience Elite Car Sound, I will be returning for more work in the future I'm sure. 5 stars

Fitted me in 2 get my radio a fevers camera sorted in my 4wd kept in touch with me as 2 how it was going minor problem with the camera which was not their fault they r going to fix it great service would highly recommend them

I had a dashcam installed. I asked the lady at reception how to use it. The response (complete with sarcastic smile) : "You didn't buy the dashcam from us. We can't help you". I asked if she knew anything about using the dashcam. "No". I asked if I could quickly check with one of the installers. "No they are too busy right now". Big let down as this place had 5 star reviews. I installed the app. Just about every recording from the dashcam shows DRIVING IMPACT EVENT or PARKING IMPACT EVENT, where there is none! I won't be back. Not sure what they did during the installation that created this? ** UPDATE: Elite Car Sound never fixed the problem of the system recording "driving impact event" and "parking event impact". The reception didn't even know where they left the instructions either. A simple "dashcam's installed. Instructions are in the boot. Download the app to review the videos. Any problems just let us know" would have been enough. But no. Lesson learned: if you bring your dashcam to have installed by these guys, be careful. They have a chip on their shoulder if you don't buy your dashcam through them.
