In September, I had the Touch Android Auto & CarPlay 8.4" Replacement Screen (SKU W166_ABDP) installed on my 2015 Mercedes ML350. Whilst the unit was purchased through Naviplus, it was installed by Elite Car Audio.
The service by both companies was fantastic and I was very delighted with the functionality provided by the new headunit and the quality of the installation.
The team at Elite were very helpful from day one when I first enquired about the new headunit and this continued right through to installation day.
The aftercare service by Elite was also fantastic. Two months after the install, my AUX settings were remapped during a service by Mercedes. I contacted Elite and they were only too happy to take the time and help resolve the issue.
Thank you again to all at Elite Car Audio and I would recommend them highly for their products and service.

I Had a had a single din head unit fitted to my work ute from elite great work and freindly staff and they fitted it strait away thanks again.
These guys installed a new radio in my Ute and did a great job. The radio needed a update and they did it no questions asked and were incredibly helpful. Friendly staff too.

Installed a Head unit for my car, they said it would be 2-3 hours and they rang me 2 hours later to say the job was complete. Also rang around and these guys came in cheaper and a better attitude than elsewhere that I inquired about. Thankyou.

Booked my car in twice to get speakers and the antenna replaced. After first visit they broke two pieces of trim off my doors ($130 each to replace). No offer of discount to a $600 bill.
Second visit was about 7 months later to replace the antenna, they put one on that doesn't fit. When the boot is opened the spoiler hits and bends the antenna.
Roof liner was also poorly replaced back on, returned to the car to see it drooping all over the place, had a guy come fix it to say the glue had gone but there was no drooping of the roof liner when it was removed on the first visit. Again no offer of discount for the ill fitting antenna.
Fast, efficient professional service. Highly recommend. As always, their work is very carefully completed
