I’ve been seeing Luisa for 12 weeks now and I’m not one to normally leave reviews, however the service and professionalism of this clinic is amazing. Luisa has made me feel so comfortable with all of my treatments and I’m very happy with the results from the treatments in particular the cellulite treatment. I honestly could not recommend Luisa and her team enough if you are looking for someone who truly cares and is passionate about providing you with the best results you are able to achieve, I wouldn’t try anywhere else!

I did a body scan with them. It was the first time I’ve ever done this and the girl at the counter was super helpful and patient with me. The scan itself was easy and fast. The lady who helped me explained everything in good detail and she was pretty friendly. Had a great experience! I ended up booking a couple more of scans because of how nice she was and how detailed the scan/results were:)

I had my consultation at Rosebery clinic. My experience was more than positive. My therapist was informative and took time to walk me through the options for me. I didn't feel rushed or pushed toward a treatment. I received some motivating compliments and a careful plan. My therapist went into the extend to provide me additional tips. This was exceptional service, highly recommend.

Had a great experience with my LIPOcel and HIFU treatments, I can see visible results with tighter and firmer looking skin on the treated areas. Luisa has great rapport as well:) Will come back again

I've been to a number of body contouring clinics and this was the first one that I really felt looked after at. I received a pre-consult call, a post-consult email with a treatment plan, and even some bonus aloe vera to take home to treat a sunburn. The clinician, Luisa, was fantastic - very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. The transparency around pricing was also great. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for their next body contouring experience.

I made a booking online in Chatswood clinic, since its in the website as showing they are open, but only to find out the are still closed but they already took a money in my card for $225.how would you guys keep accepting booking if you know you still closed & you even get advance deposit.and yesterday you guys email me that that clinic still closed, and my booking was cancel, so where is my money you should refund it.you should block the online system in your website if you are still closed and stop taking advance Money to the client.if you are still closed due of covid then block your system and dont accept any booking and taking advance payment. I request a refund but not even reply my email.

Loved the fat freezing for the double chin area. I have received so many compliments from friends saying i am much more defined and have asked what i have been doing differently, and could not take all the credit. Everything was great from start to finish.

Okay can I just first say how amazing and beautiful Heidi is? The whole environment was very welcoming. Nice clean and tidy. I haven't started my treatments yet. I will update once I get them done. It is hard to describe but this is one of those places that you have never been to but you feel like you have been there forever.very happy with the service provided on my first consultation.
