Not happy. I purchased a Wireless Reversing camera as it was suppose to work 200mtrs apart. My unit must have been fauty as it was lucky to pick up 30 feet away. What a waste of money.

I got a dvr and 4 cameras off them in 2020. They are great but I decided to put it on my shed instead of my car.

BRILLIANT! I got an action camera and I can honestly say it is better than the Go Pro that I had and comes with so many more accessories! I've gotten hubby a drone for Christmas, I tested it and it is also fantastic! Thank you!

I bought a Elinz Toyota 10.1" In Dash Car DVD Player Double 2
DIN Android 10 WiFi GPS Head Unit to fit my 2005 100 series Landcruiser. I could not be happier with the product or service. It works great, very fast and comes loaded with lots of apps and is quick and easy to download new apps. Connected easily to my Samsung S8 using bluetooth and wifi. The difference in sound quality to the original Toyota unit is night to day. I now get crisp clear music from the speakers. The screen is awesome clear and bright with auto dim etc. This unit is just like a ipad tablet for your car. Easy enough to install myself, take dash panels out and unscrew centre panel, plug and play. 2 small infill panels are needed for my car I got from one of the recommended installers. These needed slight cut to shape as not perfect fit, but all hidden behind the big screen so hardly necessary. Customer service was quick and helpful when asked about the installation. Great price. Very happy thank you!

Avoid at all costs. This company is absolutely atrocious.they have got no idea about any aspects of customer service whatsoever. Purchased a hard drive from them on Ebay, for $105, they sent me a wrong item that is an obsolete model a decade old. Promised to process refund once I email them a confirmation of shipping the item. I have provided it but had to wait for more than 10 days. Now they refused to process refund for my shipping expenses, because the refund label did not work for the Post Office. Are you kidding me? Arrogant and pathetic to deal with and extremely stingy.

Excellent Service and Product. Previously have bought a wired security camera system for another house a few years ago at twice the price of the unit I bought. Purchased 8 camera wireless unit and fitted myself as with the previous wired unit (wireless is so must easier to install) First day after installing found some camera's were foggy and condensation on lens. Contacted company and sent photographs of the monitor showing foggy pictures on some cameras, and also of the lens, AND also did some of my own research. I found that either moisture had somehow got into the cameras OR condensation formed due to cool/cold/nights and then hot days and as the sun/heat hit the cameras the Condensation formed (apparently condensation is a issue with security cameras, and some people put moisture absorbing crystals into them to absorb the moisture). I advised I was concerned that the cameras were not waterproof and when we got rain/storms they would get worse. Customer support replied to my email the same day and advised that they had not had this issue with brand new camera's and they were waterproof and were arranging for replacement camera's. I advised back to wait a week and see if the moisture dried out/went away as I had researched and found with changes of temperature etc.condensation could form and I did not want to have to climb up ladder and take them all down again and have to install new ones, and the cost to them would also be an issue. Anyhow after a week the camera's are all clear and perfect pictures and my only issue now is spiders building webs on them. The cameras being wireless and connected to my home network I can also view them on mobile phone, tablets etc.and have internal hard drive for recording AND also records to the cloud. Anyhow very good quality unit and cameras and suits security requirements for my house. Now I can watch my dogs bite burglars ha ha. Thank you.

Bad service, junk products and lies about returned emails. This has been our experience with Elinz. We bought an inverter and got 18 months use out of it before it exploded and damaged other components of our off grid solar system. This cost us over $5000 to replace before having to replace the inverter. We bought another inverter from Elinz. We got 13 months out of this one before it stopped working. We contacted Elinz to see if we could get a discount on another inverter and was told we would get an answer from management within a few hours. We told them that as we have no power, this is very urgent. 3 days later, after calling them every day, we got an offer of 5% off. I'm sure they through this was very funny. We won't have anything to do with this company again.

I bought a 10.1 inch android stereo with a Toyota wiring harness. Easy install and great fun setting it up to my liking. Excellent product for the price. An absolute beast sitting in my dash!

I got a set of truck tyer pressure system with 4 extra for trailer.
The extra 4 are not compatible with the system.so I tried to call for two days with no answer finely got hold of them.
Sent items back for exchange.
It has been over 3 weeks now and no news.
Tried ringing then again but no-one answers the phone.

Great product that worked as described, quick delivery and very prompt reply to support requests.

I am very happy with the purchase of the Reversing camera combination. It was what I had ordered and just what I wanted. As I have a 7 metre caravan
the extra 10 metre lead was perfect. The lead was long enough to go the distance. Delivery time was as stated. I am very impressed with the order process and delivery. Would recommend the Elinz company, well done.

I have purchased from Elinz a couple of times. First a reversing camera, and recently a cree led headlight. In both cases I found the products of good quality and arrived promptly within 2 days. Very satisfied.

Great product, exactly what we wanted for our older car. All in One with no wires or screen hanging off the windscreen.

I purchased a dash cam, very good quality purchase price was awesome. Dash cam was posted as soon as payment was received also dash cam arrived on time.
Would recommend Elinz to any buyer for quality products
