Hi, I recently rented an apartment through elevate property.
I was very happy with the prompt attention I was given from both Daniel and Joy.
They were quick to get approval on moving in and set up.
Any issues I had they well easily reached by email and mobile, which I thought was a very practical and professional way of communication.
When it came to moving out they helped with giving all contacts for removal and cleaning and the cleaners were very good.
I would highly recommend elevate property group to anyone.

2020 was a tough year, but Daniel helped us get a tenant in good time and during the height of the pandemic. We felt relieved that we have stable tenants and stable income from our investment property.
Daniel has managed our property for almost 8 years and we value his sound advice and his tender care to our asset. It is with great hope 2021 is a better year for all and thank you to Daniel and his team for their work!

She was quite helpful in the initial stages and was always there to assist in our queries about the unit before we finally went a head. Thankfully, the process to finalize the paperwork was made easy for us too.

Whilst there was some issues with the property when we move into our unit, Joy was on it as soon as possible to resolve our issues and it was done in a timely manner.

After years with another property manager with the same tenant, our tenant finally moved on and when we needed our new manager the most to secure us a new tenant during COVID, they failed us after weeks of not finding a new tenant. Luckily I was able to call on Dan who arranged new professional photos, published adds on multiple sites and opened our apartment that week and we were able to secure the right tenant in a few weeks who are now living happily in our apartment, with a weight off our shoulders and our mortgage.
