I booked the Luxury Escape with a Shea Butter back massage. What a treat! Highly recommended. 2 1/2 hours of absolute bliss.

What a beautiful day, pampered beyond belief. From the moment I stepped in I was so excited. The steam room was incredible and they have thought of everything.body scrub, robes, slippers.then 2.5 hours of massage and facial with Emmeline. She knows her stuff! Heaven

Post then most recent lockdown, was very much looking forward to a massage and a steam. Only option available to book was online with no option to speak to a receptionist. Would have been more efficient to have been able to speak to someone rather than co-ordinate over email. Tension relief massage was very average. Not enough pressure and after asking to have firmer pressure a few times, gave up. Was offered a tea at the end but they had run out of milk with no attempt made to restock (it was 11 am). Little touches and care that was apparent in initial visits was missing E.g hair treatment, scrub etc offered at steam without a prompt. My experience mid 2020 (and partner's in Sep 2020) was amazing so not sure what has changed. 2 stars for the private steam room which you can have to yourself. Hopefully, these are issues that can be resolved over time with more adequate staffing to cope with post lockdown demand.

Anita has a beautiful calming nature about her. I had the most dreamy, relaxing pampering session. My skin was glowing and rejuvenated. I further relaxed in a lovely serene courtyard, served with a nice cup of Lemon Myrtle Tea and tasty fruits. What a delight! Thank you ladies for making me feel special.

My treatment with Portia was hands down the best I have ever received. Bliss from start to end. A beautiful salon with an equally beautiful energy x

My first experience of a hot stone massage and it was blissful. The aim was relaxation and back tension release and Caine applied perfect pressure and technique. He is respectful and a good listener. I felt welcomed and well looked after as soon as I arrived and also after the massage. A wonderful experience all around. Thank you!

Excellent service right from the beginning. I felt relaxed and welcome. Jessy was lovely, she made me feel like I was in good hands. The foot scrub was very therapeutic for my runners feet. Loved the products and my skin felt and looked amazing. Ambience was calming and refreshing, so good to step out of the pace of life for these moments.

If I could I would rate this business 10 stars. The owner genuinely cares for the happiness of the customers and the reputation in the community. Bernie went above and beyond to accomodate me. Caine was fantastic with hot stone massage. He has vary calming energy about him and he is truly amazing at what he does. Thank you Bernie and the team.cares

Satomi was amazing. She welcomed me with such beautiful warmth and smile from the moment I entered, and her treatment was soooo good! My skin feels so soft and nourished and tension on my back and shoulders are released. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience, definitely coming back:)

I booked a couples facial for my girlfriends 30th on the back deck as a surprise. When I got there we were both taken into separate rooms. When I brought up the fact that I have booked Elevate Hub because I was told we could have the facial together I was told that I was given the wrong information and that we were unable to have the facials outside. I was so disappointed. We were given one piccolo of champagne to share as compensation but it really was not good enough considering the facials combined cost almost $400. Will never go here again.

I have been coming to Elevate Hub since it first opened. This is one of the best spas in Sydney. The spa rooms are all so pristine and beautifully decorated. The services are exceptional, I always leave here with glowing skin and feeling relaxed. Every staff member is incredibly professional, warm and friendly.

My whole experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with such lovely energy and professionalism. Jas made me feel so comfortable and my pregnancy massage was gorgeous. I can never usually fully relax during a massage and I think I feel asleep about 4-5 times! I feel so relaxed now and can't wait to visit again.
