Have had to contact Elephant Foot on a couple of occasions and have found them professional and courteous and the field techs knowledgeable and helpful

Being a Facilities Manager for a multi strata site in Haymarket with very high waste demands, Elephants Foot Service and Care team has been uncompromising in their standards to our clients. The commercial relationship between the stake holders and EP Service and Care has been recently extended for an additional 2 years after 6 years since the completion of the site. This is in no small part thanks to attentive and responsive service when, inevitably, a problem occurs, regular preventative maintenance and in-depth cleaning as well as good humour and patience when dealing with more demanding tasks. After 20 years in the FM business; there is no better alternative (in my experience) than the EP service & care team to maintain EP installed equipment.

We use Elephant's on all our projects (Class 2 High-rise Residential Apartments) and there's a reaosn why! The team are very proactive and are always on our tail, ensuring coordiantion and design is right. Installation is swift and they always have solutions to any issues we have.

The service team post-construction is alwasy responsive and deliver when they promise to.

I highly recommend Elephant's Foot for construction of new buildings as well as servicing post-construction.

Elephants foot is one of the best waste management service I have used! I have lived in many apartment buildings before and no other is like this service. Excellent facility and great efficiency, waste is managed appropriately. I never have to worry about the smell of a garbage room again!

I recently built our home and had someone come out and explain the ins and outs of having a linen chute in a residential setting, the guy was knowledgeable and very friendly. It was a no brainer and had them install a chute that we use daily saving my partner carrying a basket down the stairs. I can not recommend enough.

All I can say their service is horrible! They make lots of mistakes in they contact and design and their products are overpriced and doesn’t work well.

We have an Elephants Foot garbage compactor in the building that I work in, and the design is not only poor, but also illogical. More often than not this compactor knocks over the bins because of its poor design, as well as randomly strewing garbage about. I would recommend anybody to steer clear of Elephants Foot compactors if they don’t want their maintenance/waste removal crew to hate them. I actually preferred the 15+ year old compactor we were using before, even though the compacting arm wasn’t actually functioning, it created less work.

Nice thought but TERRIBLE product design and execution.
Living in a brand new building, with the electronic recycling / general waste rubbish chute by Elephants Foot, the chute DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY due to constant blockage in the chute which results in chute door on each level to be shut off so people can't even access the chutes. When blocked the entire chute is locked and shut off so rubbish gets piled up outside the chute causing terrible hygiene, bad smells and poor cleaners need to go to every level to pick up the rubbish regularly.
Absolutely terrible product that doesn't consider the holistic process of waste management in a building. AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless they figure out a solution to fix this.

Really disappointing service. Leave messages and people don't get back to you! We bought a chute and just wanted to add additional features.
