1 I’ve been seeing Atia consistently for 2 years and am very impressed with the tools I’ve gained and the insights learnt in each session I’ve had with her.
Atia is incredible at helping me uncover and learning how to accept the issues that have caused my anxiety/depression. She uses a variety of methods (to help me identify and address issues) which are quite different to other therapists I’ve seen in the past and have proven to be very effective for me.
The best thing about Atia is that while I’m invested in overcoming and addressing my anxiety/depression, she is equally invested in finding ways to help me achieve this. Each session I’ve looked forward to as I have learnt a thing or two every time I’ve seen her, and to me that equates to me making progress in the right direction.
