The food was very good but I do not recommend any of the pastas. They are expensive with little portion size, but the tomahawk steak was marvelous and the buffalo wings and steak tartare are a must try. The service was really good.

The location, view, atmosphere and food are all great. Loses one star for inconsistent service and a disappointing sauce. The chimichurri sauce was pretty much pesto, so not recommended. Unless you want Pesto, then order the chimichurri. The waiter wouldn’t replace it or take it back: (

The absolute best experience I ever had in a restaurant. I came to to Australia just for a good steak and my Waitress Charlotte made my experience soo much better.the nicest and much fun to talk to! Would always come back! Thanks for this dinner!

Elements is a fantastic dining experience. The service is top-notch, with a great waiter named Isha who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time. The manager was also on-point, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. The view from the restaurant is beautiful, adding to the overall ambiance. But most importantly, the food was outstanding. I had the steak, which was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Elements for anyone looking for a memorable meal in a great setting.

My girlfriend and I had a dinner reservation (5NZL96VR) for Friday 20 January to celebrate two important occasions. I phoned ahead as we were about 10-15 minutes late because of train delays due to a medical emergency and I was told that it would cut into our reservation time. We arrived 15 minutes into our reservation time and were literally asked for our orders less than five minutes after having been seated before having even received any table water. At the time of our entrees being served, we were asked for our main order and were told that we only had 35 mins left. I had planned on ordering a steak but I was told it would take up to an hour to cook (basically saying we couldn’t order steak). Within 5 minutes after finishing our entrees, our mains arrived which although appeared nice, were cold and tasteless. A simple burger and chips at $38 where the cheese wasn’t even warm enough to melt is not what you would expect from a restaurant such as yours. My girlfriends chicken was much the same. I let the waiter and our server know of our disappointment only to be told on the two separate occasions “oh ok”. Absolutely no apology whatsoever. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over four years and while I understand there is a seating time limit, we were made to finish our meals well under an hour even though we were only initially 15 minutes late to our reservation. This was well short of your stated 1.5 hour seated time limit (especially with it not being a Saturday night) as stated in your booking and confirmation emails. The reservation for this special dinner was made some weeks ago and sadly it was an utter disappointment and was definitely not worth the $130 charge.

Amazing dinner. Steak is one of the best we have tasted, dessert was amazing. Service is wonderful.

Steak was sooooo yummy and the sides and the sauce was perfect taste! No complaints about drinks! All in all a best experience!

2nd time I have been here and it is just as amazing. It always daunting as a vegan to come a nest based restaurant yet these guys have the most amazing vegan mushroom stack! Vicki was incredibly attentive and made sure we enjoyed every moment! GF & VG. Oh and the view is also amazing!

I took my family to celebrate a special occasion tonight. The view was perfect, the food was AMAZING and to top it off was the lovely staff with their welcoming smiles and great service. We'll definitely go back!

What a find. Service by our wait staff was fantastic, especially Vicky. She was very friendly, polite and attentive. Food was excellent. Steak cooked to perfection. It was a Monday night but plenty of people dining. We will definitely be back soon

Wandered down to the waterfront before going to the lyric theatre. No booking, no problem, squeezed us in as we weren't planning to stay late. Very dark, no lighting. Very difficult to read the menu which seemed quite extensive. Had to use the phone torch which is a little awkward but no problem. I needed a bit more than candlelight but maybe we just had a dark seat outside. Makes for a nice atmosphere and the location is, sensational. Wines are expensive but the one we had was great. Meals were tasty and out quickly. The staff seemed confused and few of them seemed to grasp the English language so it was a little frustrating until a young man named Rowan, working as a waiter whilst studying to be an actor, (what a great story) saw the obvious frustration and took over to ensure everything went smoothly. This young man turned the frustration around and quite frankly he would make a great manager although I think he aspires to greater heights. All in all a nice meal, a nice experience and I would definitely recommend considering this for a meal. A nice walk back to the lyric theatre and well, just a pleasant experience.

There are numerous options on the menu, including pasta, chicken, seafood, and a variety of steaks. I couldn't fault anything about the food, the view, or the staff. I highly recommended this establishment. Thank you to Derrick for fantastic service!

Absolutely superb steaks. The Wagyu rump is possibly the tastiest steak I’ve ever had. The location is perfect by the water at Jackson’s Landing (end of Harris Street, Pyrmont) and the service was impeccable. I will certainly be going here again.

Food wasn’t cooked properly, had a bad experience here, I came with my partner to eat because I had booked a table for 15 for my birthday so I wanted to try it out… thank god I did because we finished and came to pay $150 and mentioned we weren’t happy with the food and the guy just looked at us and took our money … not even an apology … anyway, due to his complete blind reaction to my feedback. I proceeded to tell him I would like to cancel my table of 15 and his face just dropped… did not understand his reactions to anything that I told him.
